John.3:33 33ὁ λαβὼν αὐτοῦ τὴν μαρτυρίαν ἐσφράγισεν ὅτι ὁ θεὸς ἀληθής ἐστιν. 33 Anyone who accepts his {NEQ} testimony can affirm that {NEQ} God is true .

John.8:13 13εἶπον οὖν αὐτῷ οἱ Φαρισαῖοι, Σὺ περὶ σεαυτοῦ μαρτυρεῖς· ἡ μαρτυρία σου οὐκ ἔστιν ἀληθής. 13 {NEQ} The Pharisees replied {RPT} , “ You are making those claims about yourself ! Such {NEQ} testimony is not valid . ”
John.8:14 14ἀπεκρίθη Ἰησοῦς καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς, Κἂν ἐγὼ μαρτυρῶ περὶ ἐμαυτοῦ ἀληθής ἐστιν ἡ μαρτυρία μου. ὅτι οἶδα πόθεν ἦλθον καὶ ποῦ ὑπάγω, ὑμεῖς δὲ οὐκ οἴδατε πόθεν ἔρχομαι ἢ ποῦ ὑπάγω. 14 Jesus told them , “ These {NEQ} claims are valid even though I make them about myself . For I know where I came from and where I am going , but you don’t know this about me .
John.8:17 17καὶ ἐν τῷ νόμῳ δὲ τῷ ὑμετέρῳ γέγραπται ὅτι δύο ἀνθρώπων ἡ μαρτυρία ἀληθής ἐστιν. 17 {NEQ} {NEQ} {NEQ} {RPT} Your own {RPT} law says that if two people agree about something , their witness is accepted as fact .  * 
John.8:26 26πολλὰ ἔχω περὶ ὑμῶν λαλεῖν καὶ κρίνειν· ἀλλ᾽ ὁ πέμψας με ἀληθής ἐστιν, κἀγὼ ἃ ἤκουσα παρ᾽ αὐτοῦ ταῦτα λαλῶ εἰς τὸν κόσμον. 26 I have much to say about you and much to condemn , but I won’t . For I say only what I have heard from {RPT} {RPT} the one who sent me , and he is completely truthful . ”
John.10:41 41καὶ πολλοὶ ἦλθον πρὸς αὐτόν, καὶ ἔλεγον ὅτι, Ἰωάνης μὲν σημεῖον ἐποίησεν οὐδέν, πάντα δὲ ὅσα εἶπεν Ἰωάνης περὶ τούτου ἀληθῆ ἦν. 41 And many followed him . “ John {NEQ} didn’t perform miraculous signs , ” {NEQ} they remarked to one another , “ but everything he said about this man has come true . ”

John.21:24 24οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ μαθητὴς ὁ μαρτυρῶν περὶ τούτων καὶ ὁ γράψας ταῦτα. καὶ οἴδαμεν ὅτι ἀληθὴς αὐτοῦ ἡ μαρτυρία ἐστίν. 24 This {RPT} disciple is the one who testifies to these events and {RPT} has recorded them here . And we know that his {NEQ} account of these things is accurate .
Acts.12:9 9καὶ ἐξελθών, ἠκολούθει. καὶ οὐκ ᾔδει ὅτι ἀληθές ἐστιν τὸ γινόμενον διὰ τοῦ ἀγγέλου· ἐδόκει δὲ ὅραμα βλέπειν. 9 So Peter left the cell , following the angel . But all the time he thought it was a vision . {NEQ} He didn’t realize {NEQ} it was actually happening .
Rom.3:4 4μὴ γένοιτο· γινέσθω δὲ ὁ θεὸς ἀληθής, πᾶς δὲ ἄνθρωπος ψεύστης. καθὼς γέγραπται, ̔Όπως ἂν δικαιωθῇς ἐν τοῖς λόγοις σου, καὶ νικήσεις ἐν τῷ κρίνεσθαί σε. 4 Of course not ! Even if everyone else is a liar , {NEQ} {NEQ} God is true . As the Scriptures say about him , “ {NEQ} {NEQ} You will be proved right in what you say , and you will win your case in court . ”  * 
2Cor.6:8 8διὰ δόξης καὶ ἀτιμίας, διὰ δυσφημίας καὶ εὐφημίας· ὡς πλάνοι, καὶ ἀληθεῖς· 8 We serve God whether people honor us or despise us , whether they slander us or praise us . We are honest , but they call us impostors .
Phil.4:8 8τὸ λοιπόν, ἀδελφοί· ὅσα ἐστὶν ἀληθῆ, ὅσα σεμνά, ὅσα δίκαια, ὅσα ἁγνά, ὅσα προσφιλῆ, ὅσα εὔφημα· εἴ τις ἀρετὴ καὶ εἴ τις ἔπαινος, ταῦτα λογίζεσθε· 8 And now , dear brothers and sisters , one final thing . Titus.1:13 13ἡ μαρτυρία αὕτη ἐστὶν ἀληθής. δι᾽ ἣν αἰτίαν ἔλεγχε αὐτοὺς ἀποτόμως ἵνα ὑγιαίνωσιν ἐν τῇ πίστει. 13 This is true . So reprimand them sternly to make them strong in the faith .
1Pet.5:12 12διὰ Σιλουανοῦ, ὑμῖν τοῦ πιστοῦ ἀδελφοῦ ὡς λογίζομαι· δι᾽ ὀλίγων ἔγραψα, παρακαλῶν καὶ ἐπιμαρτυρῶν ταύτην εἶναι ἀληθῆ χάριν τοῦ θεοῦ· εἰς ἣν στῆτε. 12 I have written and sent this short letter to you with the help of Silas ,  *  whom I commend to you as a faithful brother . My purpose in writing is to encourage you and assure you that what you are experiencing is truly part of {NEQ} God’s grace for you . Stand firm in this grace .
2Pet.2:22 22συμβέβηκεν αὐτοῖς τὸ τῆς ἀληθοῦς παροιμίας· Κύων ἐπιστρέψας ἐπὶ τὸ ἴδιον ἐξέραμα· καί, Ὗς λουσαμένη εἰς κυλισμὸν βορβόρου. 22 They prove the truth of this proverb : “ A dog returns to its vomit . ”  *  And another says , “ A washed pig returns to the mud . ”
1Jn.2:8 8πάλιν ἐντολὴν καινὴν γράφω ὑμῖν· ὅ ἐστιν ἀληθὲς ἐν αὐτῷ, καὶ ἐν ὑμῖν· ὅτι ἡ σκοτία παράγεται καὶ τὸ φῶς τὸ ἀληθινὸν ἤδη φαίνει. 8 Yet it is also new {RPT} {RPT} . {RPT} Jesus lived the truth of this commandment , and you also are living it . For the darkness is disappearing , and the {RPT} true light is already shining .
1Jn.2:27 27καὶ ὑμεῖς τὸ χρῖσμα ὃ ἐλάβετε ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ, μένει ἐν ὑμῖν, καὶ οὐ χρείαν ἔχετε ἵνα τις διδάσκῃ ὑμᾶς· ἀλλ᾽ ὡς τὸ αὐτοῦ χρῖσμα διδάσκει ὑμᾶς περὶ πάντων, καὶ ἀληθές ἐστιν— καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν ψεῦδος. καὶ καθὼς ἐδίδαξεν ὑμᾶς, μένετε ἐν αὐτῷ. 27 But you have {RPT} received the Holy Spirit {RPT} ,  *  and he lives within you , so you don’t need {NEQ} anyone to teach you what is true . For the {RPT} Spirit  *  teaches you everything you need to know , and what he teaches is true — {NEQ} it is not a lie . So just as he has taught you , remain in fellowship with Christ .
3Jn.1:12 12Δημητρίῳ μεμαρτύρηται ὑπὸ πάντων καὶ ὑπὸ αὐτῆς τῆς ἀληθείας. καὶ ἡμεῖς δὲ μαρτυροῦμεν, καὶ οἶδας ὅτι ἡ μαρτυρία ἡμῶν ἀληθής ἐστιν. 12 Everyone speaks highly of Demetrius , as does the truth itself . {NEQ} We ourselves {NEQ} can say the same for him , and you know {NEQ} we {NEQ} speak the truth .
