6 {RPT} We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that {NEQ} sin might lose its power in our lives . We {NEQ} are no longer slaves to {NEQ} sin . |
Rom.6:7 |

13 Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve {NEQ} sin . Instead , give yourselves completely to {NEQ} God , for you were dead , but now you have new life . So use your whole body as an instrument to do what is right for the glory of {NEQ} God . |

5 {NEQ} When we were controlled by our old nature , * {NEQ} sinful {RPT} desires were at work within {RPT} us {RPT} , and {RPT} {NEQ} the law aroused these evil desires that produced a harvest of sinful deeds , resulting in {NEQ} death . |

7 Well then , am I suggesting that the law of God is sinful ? Of course not ! In fact , it was the law that showed me my sin . {NEQ} {NEQ} I would never have known that coveting is wrong if the law had not said , “ You must not covet . ” * |

11 {NEQ} {NEQ} Sin took advantage of those commands and deceived me ; {NEQ} it used the commands to kill me . |

13 But how can that be ? Did the law , which is good , cause my death ? Of course not ! {NEQ} {NEQ} Sin used what was good to bring about my condemnation to death . So we can see how terrible {NEQ} sin really is . It uses God’s good commands for its own evil purposes . |
