Rom.2:1 1διὸ ἀναπολόγητος εἶ, ὦ ἄνθρωπε πᾶς ὁ κρίνων· ἐν ᾧ γὰρ κρίνεις τὸν ἕτερον, σεαυτὸν κατακρίνεις, τὰ γὰρ αὐτὰ πράσσεις ὁ κρίνων. 2:1 You may think you can condemn such people , but you are just as bad , and you have no excuse ! {NEQ} When you say they are wicked and should be punished , you are condemning yourself , for you who judge {NEQ} others do these very same things .
Rom.4:22 22διὸ καί, ἐλογίσθη αὐτῷ εἰς δικαιοσύνην. 22 And because of Abraham’s faith , God counted him as righteous .
Rom.13:5 5διὸ ἀνάγκη ὑποτάσσεσθαι, οὐ μόνον διὰ τὴν ὀργήν, ἀλλὰ καὶ διὰ τὴν συνείδησιν. 5 So you must submit to them , not only to avoid {NEQ} punishment , but also to keep a clear conscience .
Rom.15:7 7διὸ προσλαμβάνεσθε ἀλλήλους καθὼς καὶ ὁ Χριστὸς προσελάβετο ὑμᾶς εἰς δόξαν τοῦ θεοῦ. 7 Therefore , accept each other just as {NEQ} Christ has accepted you so that {NEQ} God will be given glory .

1Cor.14:13 13διὸ ὁ λαλῶν γλώσσῃ προσευχέσθω ἵνα διερμηνεύῃ. 13 So anyone who speaks in tongues should pray also for the ability to interpret what has been said .

2Cor.4:16 16διὸ οὐκ ἐγκακοῦμεν· ἀλλ᾽ εἰ καὶ ὁ ἔξω ἡμῶν ἄνθρωπος διαφθείρεται, ἀλλ᾽ ὁ ἔσω ἡμῶν ἀνακαινοῦται ἡμέρᾳ καὶ ἡμέρᾳ. 16 That is why we never give up . Though our bodies are dying , our {NEQ} spirits are  *  being renewed every day .
2Cor.5:9 9διὸ καὶ φιλοτιμούμεθα εἴτε ἐνδημοῦντες εἴτε ἐκδημοῦντες, εὐάρεστοι αὐτῷ εἶναι. 9 So {NEQ} whether we are here in this body or away from this body , our goal is to please him .
2Cor.6:17 17διό, ἐξέλθατε ἐκ μέσου αὐτῶν, καὶ ἀφορίσθητε, λέγει κύριος. καὶ ἀκαθάρτου μὴ ἅπτεσθε, κἀγὼ εἰσδέξομαι ὑμᾶς· 17 Therefore , come out from among unbelievers , and separate yourselves from them , says the LORD . {NEQ} Don’t touch their filthy things , and I will welcome you .  * 
2Cor.12:7 7καὶ τῇ ὑπερβολῇ τῶν ἀποκαλύψεων. διὸ ἵνα μὴ ὑπεραίρωμαι, ἐδόθη μοι σκόλοψ τῇ σαρκί, ἄγγελος Σατανᾶ ἵνα με κολαφίζῃ ἵνα μὴ ὑπεραίρωμαι. 7 even though I have received such wonderful revelations from God . So to keep me from becoming proud , I was given a thorn in my flesh , a messenger from Satan to torment me and keep me from becoming proud .
2Cor.12:10 10διὸ εὐδοκῶ ἐν ἀσθενείαις, ἐν ὕβρεσιν, ἐν ἀνάγκαις, ἐν διωγμοῖς, καὶ στενοχωρίαις ὑπὲρ Χριστοῦ· ὅταν γὰρ ἀσθενῶ, τότε δυνατός εἰμι. 10 That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses , and in the insults , {RPT} hardships , {RPT} persecutions , and troubles that I suffer for Christ . For when I am weak , then I am strong .
Gal.4:31 31διό, ἀδελφοί, οὐκ ἐσμὲν παιδίσκης τέκνα, ἀλλὰ τῆς ἐλευθέρας. 31 So , dear brothers and sisters , we are not children of the slave woman ; {NEQ} we are children of the free woman .
Eph.2:11 11διὸ μνημονεύετε ὅτι ποτὲ ὑμεῖς τὰ ἔθνη ἐν σαρκί· οἱ λεγόμενοι ἀκροβυστία ὑπὸ τῆς λεγομένης περιτομῆς, ἐν σαρκὶ χειροποιήτου· 11 {NEQ} Don’t forget that you {NEQ} Gentiles used to be outsiders . You were called “ uncircumcised heathens ” by the Jews , who were proud of their circumcision , even though it affected only their bodies and not their hearts .
Eph.3:13 13διὸ αἰτοῦμαι μὴ ἐνκακεῖν ἐν ταῖς θλίψεσίν μου· ὑπὲρ ὑμῶν, ἥτις ἐστὶν δόξα ὑμῶν. 13 So please don’t lose heart because of my {NEQ} trials here . I am suffering for you , so you should feel honored .
Eph.4:8 8διὸ λέγει, Ἀναβὰς εἰς ὕψος, ᾐχμαλώτευσεν αἰχμαλωσίαν καὶ ἔδωκεν δόματα τοῖς ἀνθρώποις. 8 That is why the Scriptures say , “ When he ascended to the heights , he led a crowd of captives and gave gifts to his people . ”  * 
Eph.4:25 25διὸ ἀποθέμενοι τὸ ψεῦδος· λαλεῖτε ἀλήθειαν ἕκαστος μετὰ τοῦ πλησίον αὐτοῦ, ὅτι ἐσμὲν ἀλλήλων μέλη. 25 So stop telling {NEQ} lies . Let us tell {RPT} our {NEQ} neighbors the truth , for we are all parts of the same body .
Eph.5:14 14πᾶν γὰρ τὸ φανερούμενον φῶς ἐστίν. διὸ λέγει, ̓Έγειρε, ὁ καθεύδων, καὶ ἀνάστα ἐκ τῶν νεκρῶν, καὶ ἐπιφαύσει σοι ὁ Χριστός. 14 for the light makes everything visible . This is why it is said , “ Awake , O {NEQ} sleeper , {NEQ} rise up from the dead , and {NEQ} Christ will give you light . ”

1Thes.5:11 11διὸ παρακαλεῖτε ἀλλήλους καὶ οἰκοδομεῖτε εἷς τὸν ἕνα, καθὼς καὶ ποιεῖτε. 11 So encourage each other and build each other up , just as you are already doing .
Phlm.1:8 8διὸ πολλὴν ἐν Χριστῷ παρρησίαν ἔχων· ἐπιτάσσειν σοι τὸ ἀνῆκον. 8 That is why I am boldly asking a favor of you . I could demand it in the name of Christ because it is the right thing for you to do .

Heb.3:10 10διὸ προσώχθισα τῇ γενεᾷ ταύτῃ, καὶ εἶπον, Ἀεὶ πλανῶνται τῇ καρδίᾳ· αὐτοὶ δὲ οὐκ ἔγνωσαν τὰς ὁδούς μου· 10 So I was angry {NEQ} with them , and I said , ‘ Their hearts always turn away from me . {NEQ} They refuse to do what I tell them . ’
Heb.6:1 1διὸ ἀφέντες τὸν τῆς ἀρχῆς τοῦ Χριστοῦ λόγον· ἐπὶ τὴν τελειότητα φερώμεθα· μὴ πάλιν θεμέλιον καταβαλλόμενοι μετανοίας ἀπὸ νεκρῶν ἔργων καὶ πίστεως ἐπὶ θεόν· 6:1 So let us stop going over the {NEQ} basic teachings about {NEQ} Christ again and again . Let us go on instead and become {NEQ} mature in our understanding . Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds * and placing our faith in God .
Heb.10:5 5διό, εἰσερχόμενος εἰς τὸν κόσμον λέγει, Θυσίαν καὶ προσφορὰν οὐκ ἠθέλησας· σῶμα δὲ κατηρτίσω μοι· 5 That is why , when Christ  *  came into {RPT} the world , he said to God , “ You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings . But you have given me a body to offer .
Heb.11:12 12διὸ καὶ ἀφ᾽ ἑνὸς ἐγεννήθησαν καὶ ταῦτα νενεκρωμένου— καθὼς τὰ ἄστρα τοῦ οὐρανοῦ τῷ πλήθει καὶ ὡς ἡ ἄμμος ἡ παρὰ τὸ χεῖλος τῆς θαλάσσης, ἡ ἀναρίθμητος. 12 And so a whole nation came from this one man who {NEQ} {RPT} was as good as dead — {NEQ} a nation with so many people that , like the stars in the sky and {RPT} the sand {RPT} on the seashore , {NEQ} there is no way to count them .
Heb.11:16 16νῦν δὲ κρείττονος ὀρέγονται, τοῦτ᾽ ἔστιν ἐπουρανίου. διὸ οὐκ ἐπαισχύνεται αὐτοὺς ὁ θεὸς θεὸς ἐπικαλεῖσθαι αὐτῶν, ἡτοίμασεν γὰρ αὐτοῖς πόλιν. 16 {NEQ} But they were looking for a better place , {NEQ} {NEQ} a heavenly homeland . That is why {NEQ} God is not ashamed {RPT} to be called their God , for he has prepared a city for them .
Heb.12:12 12διὸ τὰς παρειμένας χεῖρας καὶ τὰ παραλελυμένα γόνατα ἀνορθώσατε· 12 So take a new grip with your tired hands and strengthen your weak knees .
Heb.12:28 28διὸ βασιλείαν ἀσάλευτον παραλαμβάνοντες, ἔχωμεν χάριν δι᾽ ἧς λατρεύωμεν εὐαρέστως τῷ θεῷ μετὰ εὐλαβείας καὶ δέους· 28 Since we are receiving a Kingdom that is unshakable , let us be thankful and please {NEQ} God by {RPT} worshiping him with holy fear and awe .
Heb.13:12 12διὸ καὶ Ἰησοῦς ἵνα ἁγιάσῃ διὰ τοῦ ἰδίου αἵματος τὸν λαὸν ἔξω τῆς πύλης ἔπαθεν. 12 So also Jesus suffered and died outside the city gates to make his people holy by means of his own blood .
Jas.1:21 21διὸ ἀποθέμενοι πᾶσαν ῥυπαρίαν καὶ περισσείαν κακίας, ἐν πραΰτητι δέξασθε τὸν ἔμφυτον λόγον, τὸν δυνάμενον σῶσαι τὰς ψυχὰς ὑμῶν. 21 So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives , and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts , for it has the power to save your {NEQ} souls .
Jas.4:6 6μείζονα δὲ δίδωσιν χάριν· διὸ λέγει, Ὁ θεὸς ὑπερηφάνοις ἀντιτάσσεται ταπεινοῖς δὲ δίδωσιν χάριν. 6 But he gives us even more grace to stand against such evil desires . As the Scriptures say , “ {NEQ} God opposes the proud but favors the humble . ”  * 
1Pet.1:13 13διὸ ἀναζωσάμενοι τὰς ὀσφύας τῆς διανοίας ὑμῶν νήφοντες· τελείως ἐλπίσατε ἐπὶ τὴν φερομένην ὑμῖν χάριν ἐν ἀποκαλύψει Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ. 13 So think clearly {RPT} and exercise self-control . Look forward to the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world .
2Pet.1:10 10διὸ μᾶλλον, ἀδελφοί, σπουδάσατε βεβαίαν ὑμῶν τὴν κλῆσιν καὶ ἐκλογὴν ποιεῖσθαι· ταῦτα γὰρ ποιοῦντες, οὐ μὴ πταίσητέ ποτε. 10 So , dear brothers and sisters ,  *  work hard to prove that you really are among those God has {NEQ} called and chosen . Do {NEQ} these things , and you will never fall away .
2Pet.1:12 12διὸ μελλήσω ἀεὶ ὑμᾶς ὑπομιμνήσκειν περὶ τούτων— καίπερ εἰδότας καὶ ἐστηριγμένους ἐν τῇ παρούσῃ ἀληθείᾳ. 12 Therefore , I will always remind you about these things — even though you already know them and are standing firm in the truth you have been taught .
2Pet.3:14 14διό, ἀγαπητοί, ταῦτα προσδοκῶντες, σπουδάσατε ἄσπιλοι καὶ ἀμώμητοι αὐτῷ εὑρεθῆναι ἐν εἰρήνῃ· 14 And so , dear friends , while you are waiting for these things to happen , make every effort to be found living peaceful lives that are pure and blameless in his sight .
