Acts.9:30 30ἐπιγνόντες δὲ οἱ ἀδελφοί, κατήγαγον αὐτὸν εἰς Καισάρειαν καὶ ἐξαπέστειλαν αὐτὸν εἰς Ταρσόν. 30 {NEQ} When the believers  *  heard about this , they took him down to Caesarea and sent him away to Tarsus , his hometown .
Acts.12:14 14καὶ ἐπιγνοῦσα τὴν φωνὴν τοῦ Πέτρου, ἀπὸ τῆς χαρᾶς, οὐκ ἤνοιξεν τὸν πυλῶνα, εἰσδραμοῦσα δὲ ἀπήγγειλεν, Ἑστάναι τὸν Πέτρον πρὸ τοῦ πυλῶνος. 14 {NEQ} When she recognized {NEQ} Peter’s {NEQ} voice , she was so overjoyed that , instead of opening the door , she ran back inside and told everyone , {NEQ} Peter is standing at the door !

Acts.22:29 29εὐθέως οὖν ἀπέστησαν ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ οἱ μέλλοντες αὐτὸν ἀνετάζειν, καὶ χιλίαρχος δὲ ἐφοβήθη ἐπιγνοὺς ὅτι Ῥωμαῖός ἐστιν καὶ ὅτι αὐτὸν ἦν δεδεκώς. 29 {NEQ} The soldiers who were about to interrogate Paul quickly withdrew {RPT} {RPT} when they heard {NEQ} he was a Roman citizen , and the commander {NEQ} was frightened {NEQ} because he had ordered him bound and whipped .
Acts.23:28 28βουλόμενός τε ἐπιγνῶναι τὴν αἰτίαν δι᾽ ἣν ἐνεκάλουν αὐτῷ κατήγαγον εἰς τὸ συνέδριον αὐτῶν· 28 Then I took him to their {NEQ} high council to try to learn the basis of the accusations against him .
Acts.24:8 8παρ᾽ οὗ δυνήσῃ αὐτὸς ἀνακρίνας περὶ πάντων τούτων ἐπιγνῶναι ὧν ἡμεῖς κατηγοροῦμεν αὐτοῦ. 8 You can find out the truth of our {RPT} accusations {RPT} by examining him yourself .
Acts.24:11 11δυναμένου σου ἐπιγνῶναι ὅτι οὐ πλείους εἰσίν μοι ἡμέραι δώδεκα ἀφ᾽ ἧς ἀνέβην προσκυνήσων εἰς Ἰερουσαλήμ. 11 You can quickly discover that I arrived in Jerusalem no more than twelve days ago {RPT} to worship at the Temple .
Acts.25:10 10εἶπεν δὲ Παῦλος, Ἑστὼς ἐπὶ τοῦ βήματος Καίσαρός εἰμι, οὗ με δεῖ κρίνεσθαι. Ἰουδαίους οὐδὲν ἠδίκηκα ὡς καὶ σὺ κάλλιον ἐπιγινώσκεις. 10 But {NEQ} Paul replied , No ! This is {NEQ} {NEQ} the official Roman court {NEQ} , so I ought to be tried right here . {NEQ} {NEQ} You know very well I am not guilty of harming the Jews .
Acts.27:39 39ὅτε δὲ ἡμέρα ἐγένετο, τὴν γῆν οὐκ ἐπεγίνωσκον, κόλπον δέ τινα κατενόουν ἔχοντα αἰγιαλὸν εἰς ὃν ἐβουλεύοντο εἰ δύναιντο ἐξῶσαι τὸ πλοῖον. 39 When morning dawned , they didn’t recognize the coastline , but they saw a bay with a beach and wondered if they could get to shore by running the ship aground .
Acts.28:1 1καὶ διασωθέντες, τότε ἐπέγνωμεν ὅτι Μελίτη νῆσος καλεῖται. 28:1 {NEQ} Once we were safe on shore , {NEQ} we learned that we were on the island of {NEQ} Malta .
Rom.1:32 32οἵτινες τὸ δικαίωμα τοῦ θεοῦ ἐπιγνόντες ὅτι οἱ τὰ τοιαῦτα πράσσοντες ἄξιοι θανάτου εἰσίν, οὐ μόνον αὐτὰ ποιοῦσιν· ἀλλά, καί, συνευδοκοῦσιν τοῖς πράσσουσιν. 32 They know {NEQ} God’s {NEQ} justice requires that those who do {NEQ} these things deserve to die , yet they do them anyway . Worse yet , they encourage others to do them , too .
1Cor.13:12 12βλέπομεν γὰρ ἄρτι δι᾽ ἐσόπτρου ἐν αἰνίγματι, τότε δὲ πρόσωπον πρὸς πρόσωπον. ἄρτι γινώσκω ἐκ μέρους, τότε δὲ ἐπιγνώσομαι, καθὼς καὶ ἐπεγνώσθην. 12 {NEQ} Now we see things imperfectly , like puzzling reflections in a mirror , but then we will see everything with perfect clarity .  *  All that I know now is partial and incomplete , but then I will know everything completely , just as God now knows me completely .
1Cor.14:37 37εἴ τις δοκεῖ προφήτης εἶναι πνευματικός, ἐπιγινωσκέτω γράφω ὑμῖν ὅτι κυρίου ἐστὶν ἐντολή. 37 If you claim to be a prophet or think you are spiritual , you should recognize that what I am saying {RPT} is a command from the Lord himself .
1Cor.16:18 18ἀνέπαυσαν γὰρ τὸ ἐμὸν πνεῦμα, καὶ τὸ ὑμῶν. ἐπιγινώσκετε οὖν τοὺς τοιούτους. 18 {NEQ} They have been a wonderful encouragement to {NEQ} me , as they have been to {NEQ} you . {NEQ} You must show your appreciation to all who serve so well .
2Cor.1:13 13οὐ γὰρ ἄλλα γράφομεν ὑμῖν ἀλλ᾽ ἀναγινώσκετε, καὶ ἐπιγινώσκετε. ἐλπίζω δὲ ὅτι ἕως τέλους ἐπιγνώσεσθε, 13 {NEQ} Our letters have been straightforward {RPT} , and there is nothing written between the lines and nothing you can’t understand . {NEQ} {NEQ} I hope someday you will fully understand us ,
2Cor.1:14 14καθὼς καὶ ἐπέγνωτε ἡμᾶς ἀπὸ μέρους. ὅτι καύχημα ὑμῶν ἐσμὲν καθάπερ καὶ ὑμεῖς ἡμῶν, ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τοῦ κυρίου Ἰησοῦ. 14 even if you don’t understand us now . Then on the day when the Lord Jesus  *  returns , {NEQ} you will be proud of us in the same way we are proud of you .
2Cor.6:9 9ὡς ἀγνοούμενοι, καὶ ἐπιγινωσκόμενοι· ὡς ἀποθνῄσκοντες, καὶ ἰδοὺ ζῶμεν· ὡς παιδευόμενοι, καὶ μὴ θανατούμενοι· 9 We {RPT} are ignored , even though we are well known . {RPT} We live close to death , but we are still alive . {RPT} We have been beaten , but we have not been killed .
2Cor.13:5 5ἑαυτοὺς πειράζετε εἰ ἐστὲ ἐν τῇ πίστει· ἑαυτοὺς δοκιμάζετε· οὐκ ἐπιγινώσκετε ἑαυτοὺς ὅτι Ἰησοῦς Χριστὸς ἐν ὑμῖν; εἰ μήτι, ἀδόκιμοί ἐστε. 5 Examine yourselves to see if your faith is genuine . Test yourselves . Surely you know that Jesus Christ is among you  *  ; if not , you have failed the test of genuine faith .
Col.1:6 6τοῦ παρόντος εἰς ὑμᾶς καθὼς καὶ ἐν παντὶ τῷ κόσμῳ· ἐστὶν καρποφορούμενον καὶ αὐξανόμενον, καθὼς καὶ ἐν ὑμῖν ἀφ᾽ ἧς ἡμέρας ἠκούσατε καὶ ἐπέγνωτε τὴν χάριν τοῦ θεοῦ ἐν ἀληθείᾳ· 6   This same Good News that came to you is going out all over the world . It is bearing fruit everywhere by changing lives , just as it changed your lives from the day you first heard and understood the truth about {NEQ} God’s wonderful grace .
1Tim.4:3 3κωλυόντων γαμεῖν ἀπέχεσθαι βρωμάτων· θεὸς ἔκτισεν εἰς μετάλημψιν μετὰ εὐχαριστίας τοῖς πιστοῖς καὶ ἐπεγνωκόσι τὴν ἀλήθειαν. 3 They will say it is wrong to be married and wrong to eat certain foods . But {NEQ} God created those foods to be eaten with thanks {NEQ} by faithful people who {NEQ} know the truth .
2Pet.2:21 21κρεῖττον γὰρ ἦν αὐτοῖς μὴ ἐπεγνωκέναι τὴν ὁδὸν τῆς δικαιοσύνης ἐπιγνοῦσιν ὑποστρέψαι ἐκ τῆς παραδοθείσης αὐτοῖς ἁγίας ἐντολῆς. 21 {NEQ} It would be better if they had never known the way to {NEQ} righteousness than to know it and then reject the command they were given to live a holy life .
