And those who refuse to eat certain foods also want to please the Lord and give thanks to {NEQ} God .
Rom.16:4 4οἵτινες ὑπὲρ τῆς ψυχῆς μου τὸν ἑαυτῶν τράχηλον ὑπέθηκαν· οἷς οὐκ ἐγὼ μόνος εὐχαριστῶ, ἀλλὰ καὶ πᾶσαι αἱ ἐκκλησίαι τῶν ἐθνῶν· 4 In fact , they once risked their lives for me . I am thankful to them , and so are all the {NEQ} Gentile churches .

1Thes.5:18 18ἐν παντὶ εὐχαριστεῖτε, τοῦτο γὰρ θέλημα θεοῦ ἐν Χριστῷ Ἰησοῦ εἰς ὑμᾶς. 18 Be thankful in all circumstances , for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus .

We are always thankful that {NEQ} God chose you to be among the first  *  to experience salvation — a salvation that came through the Spirit who makes you holy and through your belief in the truth .
