Mark.14:15 15καὶ αὐτὸς ὑμῖν δείξει ἀνάγαιον μέγα ἐστρωμένον ἕτοιμον. καὶ ἐκεῖ ἑτοιμάσατε ἡμῖν. 15 {NEQ} He will take you upstairs to a large room that is already set up . {NEQ} That is where you should prepare our meal . ”

Luke.5:29 29καὶ ἐποίησεν δοχὴν μεγάλην Λευεὶς αὐτῷ ἐν τῇ οἰκίᾳ αὐτοῦ. καὶ ἦν ὄχλος πολὺς τελωνῶν καὶ ἄλλων οἳ ἦσαν μετ᾽ αὐτῶν κατακείμενοι. 29 Later , Levi held a banquet in his {NEQ} home with Jesus as the guest of honor . {NEQ} Many of Levi’s fellow tax collectors and other guests {RPT} also ate with them .
Luke.6:49 49ὁ δὲ ἀκούσας καὶ μὴ ποιήσας ὅμοιός ἐστιν ἀνθρώπῳ οἰκοδομήσαντι οἰκίαν ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν χωρὶς θεμελίου· ᾗ προσέρηξεν ὁ ποταμός, καὶ εὐθὺς συνέπεσεν καὶ ἐγένετο τὸ ῥῆγμα τῆς οἰκίας ἐκείνης μέγα. 49 But anyone who hears and doesn’t obey is like a person who builds a house without a foundation . {NEQ} When the floods sweep down against that {NEQ} house , it will collapse into a heap of {NEQ} ruins . ”

Luke.8:37 37καὶ ἠρώτησεν αὐτὸν ἅπαν τὸ πλῆθος τῆς περιχώρου τῶν Γερασηνῶν ἀπελθεῖν ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν, ὅτι φόβῳ μεγάλῳ συνείχοντο. αὐτὸς δὲ ἐμβὰς εἰς πλοῖον, ὑπέστρεψεν. 37 And all the people in the region of the Gerasenes begged Jesus to go away and leave them alone , for a great wave of fear swept over them . So Jesus returned to the boat and left , crossing back to the other side of the lake .
Luke.9:48 48καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς, ̔Ὸς ἐὰν δέξηται τοῦτο τὸ παιδίον ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματί μου ἐμὲ δέχεται, καὶ ὃς ἂν ἐμὲ δέξηται δέχεται τὸν ἀποστείλαντά με· ὁ γὰρ μικρότερος ἐν πᾶσιν ὑμῖν ὑπάρχων οὗτός ἐστιν μέγας. 48 Then he said to them , “ Anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my {NEQ} behalf  *  welcomes me , and anyone who welcomes me also welcomes my Father who sent me . {NEQ} Whoever is the least among you is the greatest . ”

Luke.21:11 11σεισμοί, τε μεγάλοι καὶ κατὰ τόπους, λιμοὶ καὶ λοιμοὶ ἔσονται, φόβηθρά τε καὶ ἀπ᾽ οὐρανοῦ σημεῖα μεγάλα ἔσται. 11 {NEQ} There will be great earthquakes , and there will be famines and plagues in many lands , and there will be terrifying things and great miraculous signs from heaven .
Luke.21:23 23οὐαὶ ταῖς ἐν γαστρὶ ἐχούσαις καὶ ταῖς θηλαζούσαις ἐν ἐκείναις ταῖς ἡμέραις. ἔσται γὰρ ἀνάγκη μεγάλη ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ὀργὴ τῷ λαῷ τούτῳ. 23 How terrible it will be for pregnant women and for nursing mothers in those {NEQ} days . For there will be disaster in the land and great anger against this {NEQ} people .
Luke.22:12 12κἀκεῖνος ὑμῖν δείξει ἀνάγαιον μέγα ἐστρωμένον· ἐκεῖ ἑτοιμάσατε. 12 He will take you upstairs to a large room that is already set up . That is where you should prepare our meal . ”
Luke.23:23 23οἱ δὲ ἐπέκειντο φωναῖς μεγάλαις, αἰτούμενοι αὐτὸν σταυρωθῆναι, καὶ κατίσχυον αἱ φωναὶ αὐτῶν. 23 But the mob shouted louder and louder , demanding that Jesus be crucified , and their {NEQ} voices prevailed .
Luke.23:46 46καὶ φωνήσας φωνῇ μεγάλῃ ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν, Πάτερ, εἰς χεῖράς σου παρατίθεμαι τὸ πνεῦμά μου. τοῦτο δὲ εἰπὼν ἐξέπνευσεν. 46 Then {NEQ} Jesus shouted , “ Father , I entrust my {NEQ} spirit into your hands ! ”  *  And with those words he breathed his last .
Luke.24:52 52καὶ αὐτοὶ προσκυνήσαντες αὐτὸν ὑπέστρεψαν εἰς Ἰερουσαλὴμ μετὰ χαρᾶς μεγάλης. 52 So they worshiped him and then returned to Jerusalem filled with great joy .

John.19:31 31οἱ οὖν Ἰουδαῖοι, ἐπεὶ παρασκευὴ ἦν, ἵνα μὴ μείνῃ ἐπὶ τοῦ σταυροῦ τὰ σώματα ἐν τῷ σαββάτῳ, (ἦν γὰρ μεγάλη ἡ ἡμέρα ἐκείνου τοῦ σαββάτου). ἠρώτησαν τὸν Πειλᾶτον ἵνα κατεαγῶσιν αὐτῶν τὰ σκέλη· καὶ ἀρθῶσιν. 31 {NEQ} It was the day of preparation , and the Jewish leaders didn’t want the bodies hanging there the next day , which was the Sabbath ( and a very special Sabbath , because it was the Passover ) . So they asked {NEQ} Pilate to hasten their deaths by ordering that their {NEQ} legs be broken . Then their bodies could be taken down .
John.21:11 11ἀνέβη οὖν Σίμων Πέτρος καὶ εἵλκυσεν τὸ δίκτυον εἰς τὴν γῆν· μεστὸν ἰχθύων μεγάλων ἑκατὸν πεντήκοντα τριῶν, καὶ τοσούτων ὄντων οὐκ ἐσχίσθη τὸ δίκτυον. 11 So Simon Peter went aboard and dragged the net to the shore . There were 153 large fish , and yet the net hadn’t torn .
Acts.2:20 20ὁ ἥλιος μεταστραφήσεται εἰς σκότος καὶ ἡ σελήνη εἰς αἷμα πρὶν ἐλθεῖν ἡμέραν κυρίου τὴν μεγάλην καὶ ἐπιφανῆ. 20 The sun will become dark , and the moon will turn blood red before that great and glorious day of the LORD arrives .
Acts.4:33 33καὶ δυνάμει μεγάλῃ ἀπεδίδουν τὸ μαρτύριον οἱ ἀπόστολοι τοῦ κυρίου Ἰησοῦ τῆς ἀναστάσεως, χάρις τε μεγάλη ἦν ἐπὶ πάντας αὐτούς. 33 {NEQ} The apostles testified powerfully to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus , and God’s great blessing was upon them all .
Acts.5:5 5ἀκούων δὲ ὁ Ἁνανίας τοὺς λόγους τούτους, πεσὼν ἐξέψυξεν· καὶ ἐγένετο φόβος μέγας ἐπὶ πάντας τοὺς ἀκούοντας. 5 As soon as {NEQ} Ananias heard these {NEQ} words , he fell to the floor and died . Everyone who heard about it was terrified .
Acts.5:11 11καὶ ἐγένετο φόβος μέγας ἐφ᾽ ὅλην τὴν ἐκκλησίαν καὶ ἐπὶ πάντας τοὺς ἀκούοντας ταῦτα. 11 Great fear gripped the entire church and {RPT} everyone else who heard what had happened .
Acts.6:8 8Στέφανος δέ, πλήρης χάριτος καὶ δυνάμεως, ἐποίει τέρατα καὶ σημεῖα μεγάλα ἐν τῷ λαῷ. 8 {NEQ} Stephen , a man full of God’s grace and power , performed amazing miracles and signs among the people .
Acts.7:11 11ἦλθεν δὲ λιμὸς ἐφ᾽ ὅλην τὴν Αἴγυπτον καὶ Χαναάν· καὶ θλῖψις μεγάλη, καὶ οὐχ ηὕρισκον χορτάσματα οἱ πατέρες ἡμῶν. 11 “ But a famine came upon {NEQ} Egypt and Canaan . {NEQ} There was great misery , and our {NEQ} ancestors ran out of food .
Acts.7:57 57κράξαντες δὲ φωνῇ μεγάλῃ συνέσχον τὰ ὦτα αὐτῶν. καὶ ὥρμησαν ὁμοθυμαδὸν ἐπ᾽ αὐτὸν 57 Then they put their hands over their {NEQ} ears and began shouting . {NEQ} They rushed at him
Acts.7:60 60θεὶς δὲ τὰ γόνατα, ἔκραξεν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ, Κύριε, μὴ στήσῃς αὐτοῖς ταύτην τὴν ἁμαρτίαν. καὶ τοῦτο εἰπών, ἐκοιμήθη. 60 {NEQ} He fell to his knees , shouting , “ Lord , don’t charge them with this {NEQ} sin ! ” And with that , he died .
Acts.8:1 1Σαῦλος δέ, ἦν συνευδοκῶν, τῇ ἀναιρέσει αὐτοῦ. ἐγένετο δὲ ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ διωγμὸς μέγας, ἐπὶ τὴν ἐκκλησίαν τὴν ἐν Ἱεροσολύμοις, πάντες δὲ διεσπάρησαν κατὰ τὰς χώρας τῆς Ἰουδαίας καὶ Σαμαρείας πλὴν τῶν ἀποστόλων. 8:1 Saul was one of the witnesses , and he agreed completely with the killing of Stephen . {NEQ} A great wave of persecution began that {NEQ} day , sweeping over the church in {RPT} Jerusalem ; and all the believers except the apostles were scattered through the regions {NEQ} of Judea and Samaria .
Acts.8:2 2(συνεκόμισαν δὲ τὸν Στέφανον ἄνδρες εὐλαβεῖς καὶ ἐποίησαν κοπετὸν μέγαν ἐπ᾽ αὐτῷ.) 2 ( Some devout men {NEQ} came and buried {NEQ} Stephen with {NEQ} {RPT} great mourning . )
Acts.8:7 7πολλοὶ γὰρ τῶν ἐχόντων πνεύματα ἀκάθαρτα βοῶντα φωνῇ μεγάλῃ, ἐξήρχοντο· πολλοὶ δὲ παραλελυμένοι καὶ χωλοὶ ἐθεραπεύθησαν. 7 {NEQ} Many evil  *  spirits were cast out , screaming as they left their victims . And many who had been paralyzed or lame were healed .
Acts.8:9 9ἀνὴρ δέ τις ὀνόματι Σίμων προϋπῆρχεν ἐν τῇ πόλει μαγεύων, καὶ ἐξιστάνων τὸ ἔθνος τῆς Σαμαρείας λέγων εἶναί τινα ἑαυτὸν μέγαν· 9 {NEQ} A man named Simon had been a sorcerer there for many years , {NEQ} amazing the people of {NEQ} Samaria and claiming to be someone great .
Acts.8:10 10ᾧ προσεῖχον πάντες, ἀπὸ μικροῦ ἕως μεγάλου λέγοντες, Οὗτός ἐστιν ἡ Δύναμις τοῦ θεοῦ— ἡ καλουμένη Μεγάλη. 10 {RPT} {RPT} Everyone , from the least to the greatest , often spoke of him as {RPT} “ the Great One — the Power of {NEQ} God . ”
Acts.8:13 13ὁ δὲ Σίμων καὶ αὐτὸς ἐπίστευσεν καὶ βαπτισθείς· ἦν προσκαρτερῶν τῷ Φιλίππῳ, θεωρῶν τε σημεῖα καὶ δυνάμεις μεγάλας γινομένας ἐξίστατο. 13 Then {NEQ} Simon himself believed and was baptized . He began following {NEQ} Philip wherever he went , and he was amazed by the signs and great miracles Philip performed .
Acts.10:11 11καὶ θεωρεῖ τὸν οὐρανὸν ἀνεῳγμένον, καὶ καταβαῖνον σκεῦός τι ὡς ὀθόνην μεγάλην τέσσαρσιν ἀρχαῖς καθιέμενον ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς· 11 {NEQ} He saw the sky open , and something like a large sheet was let down by its four corners .
Acts.11:5 5Ἐγὼ ἤμην ἐν πόλει Ἰόππῃ, προσευχόμενος, καὶ εἶδον ἐν ἐκστάσει ὅραμα· καταβαῖνον σκεῦός τι ὡς ὀθόνην μεγάλην τέσσαρσιν ἀρχαῖς καθιεμένην ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ. καὶ ἦλθεν ἄχρι ἐμοῦ. 5   “ I was in the town of Joppa , ” he said , “ and while I was praying , {NEQ} I went into a trance and saw a vision . {RPT} Something like a large sheet was let down by its four corners from the sky . And it came right down to me .
Acts.11:28 28ἀναστὰς δὲ εἷς ἐξ αὐτῶν ὀνόματι ̔Άγαβος ἐσήμαινεν διὰ τοῦ πνεύματος λιμὸν μεγάλην μέλλειν ἔσεσθαι ἐφ᾽ ὅλην τὴν οἰκουμένην· (ἥτις ἐγένετο ἐπὶ Κλαυδίου.) 28 {NEQ} One of them named Agabus stood up in one of the meetings and predicted by the Spirit that a great famine was coming upon the entire Roman world . ( This was fulfilled during the reign of Claudius . )
Acts.14:10 10εἶπεν μεγάλῃ φωνῇ, Ἀνάστηθι ἐπὶ τοὺς πόδας σου ὀρθός· καὶ ἥλατο καὶ περιεπάτει. 10   So Paul called to him in a loud voice , “ Stand up {RPT} ! ” And the man jumped to his feet and started walking .
Acts.15:3 3οἱ μὲν οὖν προπεμφθέντες ὑπὸ τῆς ἐκκλησίας, διήρχοντο τήν τε Φοινίκην καὶ Σαμάρειαν· ἐκδιηγούμενοι τὴν ἐπιστροφὴν τῶν ἐθνῶν— καὶ ἐποίουν χαρὰν μεγάλην— πᾶσι τοῖς ἀδελφοῖς. 3 {NEQ} The church {NEQ} sent the delegates to Jerusalem , and they stopped along the way in {NEQ} {NEQ} Phoenicia and Samaria to visit the believers . They told them — {NEQ} {NEQ} much to everyone’s joy — that the Gentiles , too , were being {NEQ} converted .
Acts.16:26 26ἄφνω δέ, σεισμὸς ἐγένετο μέγας, ὥστε σαλευθῆναι τὰ θεμέλια τοῦ δεσμωτηρίου. ἠνεῴχθησαν δὲ παραχρῆμα αἱ θύραι πᾶσαι, καὶ πάντων τὰ δεσμὰ ἀνέθη. 26 Suddenly , there was a massive earthquake , and the prison was shaken to its foundations . {NEQ} All the doors immediately flew open , and the chains of every prisoner fell off !
Acts.16:28 28ἐφώνησεν δὲ Παῦλος μεγάλῃ φωνῇ λέγων, Μηδὲν πράξῃς σεαυτῷ κακόν· ἅπαντες γάρ ἐσμεν ἐνθάδε. 28 But Paul shouted to him , “ Stop ! Don’t kill yourself ! {NEQ} We are all here ! ”
Acts.19:27 27οὐ μόνον δέ, τοῦτο κινδυνεύει ἡμῖν τὸ μέρος εἰς ἀπελεγμὸν ἐλθεῖν· ἀλλὰ καὶ τὸ τῆς μεγάλης θεᾶς Ἀρτέμιδος ἱερὸν εἰς οὐθὲν λογισθῆναι— μέλλειν τε καὶ καθαιρεῖσθαι τῆς μεγαλειότητος αὐτῆς— ἣν ὅλη ἡ Ἀσία καὶ ἡ οἰκουμένη σέβεται. 27 Of course , I’m not just talking about the loss of public respect for our business . I’m also concerned that the temple of the great goddess Artemis will lose its influence {NEQ} and that Artemis — this magnificent goddess worshiped throughout the province of Asia and all around the world — will be robbed {NEQ} of her great prestige ! ”
Acts.19:28 28ἀκούσαντες δὲ καὶ γενόμενοι πλήρεις θυμοῦ, ἔκραζον, λέγοντες Μεγάλη ἡ ̓Άρτεμις Ἐφεσίων. 28 {NEQ} At this their anger boiled , and they began shouting , “ Great is {NEQ} Artemis of the Ephesians ! ”
Acts.19:34 34ἐπιγνόντες δὲ ὅτι Ἰουδαῖός ἐστιν, φωνὴ ἐγένετο μία ἐκ πάντων ὡσεὶ ἐπὶ ὥρας δύο κραζόντων· Μεγάλη ἡ ̓Άρτεμις Ἐφεσίων. 34 But when the crowd realized {NEQ} he was a Jew , they started shouting again and kept it up for about two hours : “ Great is {NEQ} Artemis of the Ephesians ! Great is Artemis of the Ephesians ! ”
Acts.19:35 35καταστείλας δὲ τὸν ὄχλον ὁ γραμματεύς φησιν, ̓Άνδρες Ἐφέσιοι, τίς γάρ ἐστιν ἀνθρώπων ὃς οὐ γινώσκει τὴν Ἐφεσίων πόλιν νεωκόρον οὖσαν τῆς μεγάλης Ἀρτέμιδος, καὶ τοῦ διοπετοῦς; 35 At last the mayor was able to quiet them down enough to speak . “ Citizens of Ephesus , ” he said . “ {NEQ} {NEQ} Everyone knows that {NEQ} Ephesus is the official guardian of the temple of the great Artemis , {NEQ} whose image fell down to us from heaven .
Acts.23:9 9ἐγένετο δὲ κραυγὴ μεγάλη. καὶ ἀναστάντες τινὲς τῶν γραμματέων τοῦ μέρους τῶν Φαρισαίων διεμάχοντο. λέγοντες, Οὐδὲν κακὸν εὑρίσκομεν ἐν τῷ ἀνθρώπῳ τούτῳ. εἰ δὲ πνεῦμα ἐλάλησεν αὐτῷ ἢ ἄγγελος. 9 So there was a great uproar . Some of the teachers of religious law who were {NEQ} Pharisees {NEQ} jumped up and began to argue forcefully . “ We see nothing wrong with {NEQ} him , ” they shouted . “ Perhaps a spirit or an angel spoke to him . ”
Acts.26:22 22ἐπικουρίας οὖν τυχὼν τῆς ἀπὸ τοῦ θεοῦ ἄχρι τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης ἕστηκα μαρτυρόμενος, μικρῷ τε καὶ μεγάλῳ· οὐδὲν ἐκτὸς λέγων ὧν τε οἱ προφῆται ἐλάλησαν μελλόντων γίνεσθαι καὶ Μωυσῆς— 22 But {NEQ} God has protected me {RPT} right up to this {RPT} present time so I can testify to everyone , from the least to the greatest . I teach nothing except what {NEQ} the prophets and Moses said would happen —
Acts.26:24 24ταῦτα δὲ αὐτοῦ ἀπολογουμένου, ὁ Φῆστος μεγάλῃ τῇ φωνῇ φησίν, Μαίνῃ, Παῦλε· τὰ πολλά σε γράμματα εἰς μανίαν περιτρέπει. 24 Suddenly , {NEQ} Festus shouted , “ Paul , you are insane . {NEQ} Too much study has made you crazy ! ”
Rom.9:2 2ὅτι λύπη μοί ἐστιν μεγάλη καὶ ἀδιάλειπτος ὀδύνη τῇ καρδίᾳ μου— 2 {NEQ} My {NEQ} heart is filled with bitter sorrow {RPT} and unending grief
1Cor.9:11 11εἰ ἡμεῖς ὑμῖν τὰ πνευματικὰ ἐσπείραμεν, μέγα εἰ ἡμεῖς ὑμῶν τὰ σαρκικὰ θερίσομεν; 11 Since we have planted spiritual seed among you , aren’t we entitled to a harvest of physical food and drink {RPT} ?
1Cor.16:9 9θύρα γάρ μοι ἀνέῳγεν μεγάλη καὶ ἐνεργής, καὶ ἀντικείμενοι πολλοί. 9 {NEQ} There is a wide-open door for a great {NEQ} work here , although many oppose me .
2Cor.11:15 15οὐ μέγα οὖν εἰ καὶ οἱ διάκονοι αὐτοῦ μετασχηματίζονται ὡς διάκονοι δικαιοσύνης· ὧν τὸ τέλος ἔσται κατὰ τὰ ἔργα αὐτῶν. 15 So it is no wonder that his {NEQ} servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness . In the end they will get the punishment their {NEQ} wicked deeds deserve .
Eph.5:32 32τὸ μυστήριον τοῦτο μέγα ἐστίν, ἐγὼ δὲ λέγω εἰς Χριστὸν καὶ εἰς τὴν ἐκκλησίαν. 32 This is a great mystery , but it is an illustration of the way Christ and {RPT} the church are one .
1Tim.3:16 16καὶ ὁμολογουμένως, μέγα ἐστὶν τὸ τῆς εὐσεβείας μυστήριον· ὃς ἐφανερώθη ἐν σαρκὶ ἐδικαιώθη ἐν πνεύματι· ὤφθη ἀγγέλοις ἐκηρύχθη ἐν ἔθνεσιν· ἐπιστεύθη ἐν κόσμῳ ἀνελήμφθη ἐν δόξῃ. 16 Without question , this is the great mystery of our faith  *  : Christ  *  was revealed in a human body and vindicated by the Spirit .  *  He was seen by angels and announced to the nations . He was believed in throughout the world and taken to heaven in glory .
1Tim.6:6 6ἔστιν δὲ πορισμὸς μέγας ἡ εὐσέβεια μετὰ αὐταρκείας· 6 Yet {NEQ} true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth .
2Tim.2:20 20ἐν μεγάλῃ δὲ οἰκίᾳ οὐκ ἔστιν μόνον σκεύη χρυσᾶ καὶ ἀργυρᾶ, ἀλλὰ καὶ ξύλινα καὶ ὀστράκινα· καὶ ἃ μὲν εἰς τιμήν, ἃ δὲ εἰς ἀτιμίαν. 20 In a wealthy {NEQ} home some utensils are made of gold and silver , and some are made of wood and clay . {NEQ} The expensive utensils are used for special occasions , and the cheap ones are for everyday use .
Titus.2:13 13προσδεχόμενοι τὴν μακαρίαν ἐλπίδα καὶ ἐπιφάνειαν τῆς δόξης τοῦ μεγάλου θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν, Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ· 13 while we look forward with {NEQ} hope to that wonderful day {NEQ} when the glory of our {NEQ} great God and Savior , Jesus Christ , will be revealed .
Heb.4:14 14ἔχοντες οὖν, ἀρχιερέα μέγαν διεληλυθότα τοὺς οὐρανούς, Ἰησοῦν τὸν υἱὸν τοῦ θεοῦ, κρατῶμεν τῆς ὁμολογίας. 14 So then , since we have a great High Priest who has entered {NEQ} heaven , Jesus the Son of {NEQ} God , let us hold firmly to {NEQ} what we believe .
Heb.8:11 11καὶ οὐ μὴ διδάξωσιν ἕκαστος τὸν πολίτην αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἕκαστος τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ, λέγων, Γνῶθι τὸν κύριον· ὅτι πάντες, εἰδήσουσίν με, ἀπὸ μικροῦ ἕως μεγάλου αὐτῶν. 11 And they will not need to teach their neighbors , nor will they need to teach their relatives ,  *  saying , ‘ You should know the LORD . ’ For everyone , from the least to the greatest {RPT} , will know me already .
Heb.10:21 21καὶ ἱερέα μέγαν ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον τοῦ θεοῦ, 21 And since we have a great High Priest who rules over {NEQ} God’s {NEQ} house ,
Heb.10:35 35μὴ ἀποβάλητε οὖν τὴν παρρησίαν ὑμῶν· ἥτις ἔχει μεγάλην μισθαποδοσίαν. 35 So do not throw away this {NEQ} confident trust in the Lord . Remember the great reward it brings you !
Heb.11:24 24πίστει Μωυσῆς, μέγας γενόμενος, ἠρνήσατο λέγεσθαι υἱὸς θυγατρὸς Φαραώ· 24 It was by faith that Moses , when he grew up , refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter .
Heb.13:20 20ὁ δὲ θεὸς τῆς εἰρήνης— ὁ ἀναγαγὼν ἐκ νεκρῶν— τὸν ποιμένα τῶν προβάτων τὸν μέγαν, ἐν αἵματι διαθήκης αἰωνίου— τὸν κύριον ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦν— 20 Now may the God of {NEQ} peace — who brought up from the dead our {NEQ} Lord Jesus , the {RPT} great Shepherd of the sheep , and ratified an eternal covenant with his blood —
Jas.3:5 5οὕτως καί, ἡ γλῶσσα μικρὸν μέλος ἐστὶν καὶ μεγάλα αὐχεῖ. ἰδοὺ ἡλίκον πῦρ ἡλίκην ὕλην ἀνάπτει· 5 In the same way , the tongue is a small thing that makes {NEQ} grand speeches . But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire .
Jude.1:6 6ἀγγέλους τε τοὺς μὴ τηρήσαντας τὴν ἑαυτῶν ἀρχὴν ἀλλὰ ἀπολιπόντας τὸ ἴδιον οἰκητήριον· εἰς κρίσιν μεγάλης ἡμέρας, δεσμοῖς ἀϊδίοις ὑπὸ ζόφον τετήρηκεν. 6 And I remind you of the angels who did not stay within the limits of authority God gave {NEQ} them but left the place where they belonged . God has kept them securely chained in prisons of darkness , waiting for the great day of judgment .
Rev.1:10 10ἐγενόμην ἐν πνεύματι, ἐν τῇ κυριακῇ ἡμέρᾳ. καί, ἤκουσα ὀπίσω μου φωνὴν μεγάλην ὡς σάλπιγγος. 10 It was the Lord’s Day , and I was worshiping in the Spirit .  *  Suddenly , I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet blast .
Rev.2:22 22ἰδού, βάλλω αὐτὴν εἰς κλίνην, καὶ τοὺς μοιχεύοντας μετ᾽ αὐτῆς εἰς θλῖψιν μεγάλην, ἐὰν μὴ μετανοήσουσιν ἐκ τῶν ἔργων αὐτῆς. 22 “ Therefore , I will throw her on a bed of suffering ,  *  and those who commit adultery with her will suffer greatly unless they repent and turn away from her evil {NEQ} deeds .
Rev.5:2 2καὶ εἶδον ἄγγελον ἰσχυρόν, κηρύσσοντα ἐν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ· Τίς ἄξιος ἀνοῖξαι τὸ βιβλίον καὶ λῦσαι τὰς σφραγῖδας αὐτοῦ; 2 And I saw a strong angel , who shouted with a loud voice : “ Who is worthy to break the seals on this scroll and open it ? ”
Rev.5:12 12λέγοντες φωνῇ μεγάλῃ· ̓Άξιόν ἐστιν τὸ ἀρνίον, τὸ ἐσφαγμένον· λαβεῖν τὴν δύναμιν καὶ πλοῦτον καὶ σοφίαν καὶ ἰσχὺν καὶ τιμὴν καὶ δόξαν καὶ εὐλογίαν. 12 And they sang in a mighty chorus : “ Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered — to receive {NEQ} power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing . ”
Rev.6:4 4καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ἄλλος ἵππος, πυρρός· καὶ τῷ καθημένῳ ἐπ᾽ αὐτὸν ἐδόθη αὐτῷ λαβεῖν τὴν εἰρήνην ἐκ τῆς γῆς· καὶ ἵνα ἀλλήλους σφάξουσιν καὶ ἐδόθη αὐτῷ μάχαιρα μεγάλη. 4 Then another horse appeared , a red one . {NEQ} Its rider {NEQ} was given {RPT} a mighty sword and the authority to take {RPT} {NEQ} peace from the earth . And {NEQ} there was war and slaughter everywhere .
Rev.6:10 10καὶ ἔκραξαν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ λέγοντες, ̔Έως πότε, ὁ δεσπότης, ὁ ἅγιος καὶ ἀληθινός, οὐ κρίνεις καὶ ἐκδικεῖς τὸ αἷμα ἡμῶν ἐκ τῶν κατοικούντων ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς; 10 {NEQ} They shouted to the Lord and said , “ O {NEQ} Sovereign Lord , {NEQ} holy and true , how long before you judge the people who belong to this world and avenge our {NEQ} blood for what they have done to us ? ”
Rev.6:12 12καὶ εἶδον ὅτε ἤνοιξεν τὴν σφραγῖδα τὴν ἕκτην, καὶ σεισμὸς μέγας ἐγένετο· καὶ ὁ ἥλιος ἐγένετο μέλας ὡς σάκκος τρίχινος, καὶ ἡ σελήνη ὅλη ἐγένετο ὡς αἷμα. 12 {NEQ} I watched as the Lamb broke the {RPT} sixth seal , and there was a great earthquake . {NEQ} The sun became as dark as black cloth , and the {NEQ} moon became as red as blood .
Rev.6:13 13καὶ οἱ ἀστέρες τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἔπεσαν εἰς τὴν γῆν ὡς συκῆ βάλλει τοὺς ὀλύνθους αὐτῆς ὑπὸ ἀνέμου μεγάλου σειομένη. 13 Then the stars of the sky fell to the earth like {NEQ} green figs falling from a tree {RPT} shaken by a strong wind .
Rev.6:17 17ὅτι ἦλθεν ἡ ἡμέρα ἡ μεγάλη τῆς ὀργῆς αὐτῶν, καὶ τίς δύναται σταθῆναι; 17 For the {RPT} great day of their {NEQ} wrath has come , and who is able to survive ? ”
Rev.7:2 2καὶ εἶδον ἄλλον ἄγγελον ἀναβαίνοντα ἀπὸ ἀνατολῆς ἡλίου, ἔχοντα σφραγῖδα θεοῦ ζῶντος. καὶ ἔκραξεν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ τοῖς τέσσαρσιν ἀγγέλοις, οἷς ἐδόθη αὐτοῖς ἀδικῆσαι τὴν γῆν καὶ τὴν θάλασσαν, 2 And I saw another angel coming up from the east , carrying the seal of the living God . And he shouted to those four angels , who had been given {RPT} power to harm {RPT} land and {RPT} sea ,
Rev.7:10 10καὶ κράζουσι φωνῇ μεγάλῃ λέγοντες, Ἡ σωτηρία τῷ θεῷ ἡμῶν τῷ καθημένῳ ἐπὶ τῷ θρόνῳ καὶ τῷ ἀρνίῳ. 10 And they were shouting with a great roar , “ {NEQ} Salvation comes from our {NEQ} God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb ! ”
Rev.7:14 14καὶ εἴρηκα αὐτῷ, Κύριέ μου, σὺ οἶδας. καὶ εἶπέν μοι, Οὗτοί εἰσιν οἱ ἐρχόμενοι ἐκ τῆς θλίψεως τῆς μεγάλης. καὶ ἔπλυναν τὰς στολὰς αὐτῶν καὶ ἐλεύκαναν αὐτὰς ἐν τῷ αἵματι τοῦ ἀρνίου. 14 And I said to him , “ Sir {RPT} , you are the one who knows . ” Then he said to me , “ These are the ones who died in the {RPT} great tribulation . {NEQ} They have washed their {NEQ} robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white .
Rev.8:8 8καὶ ὁ δεύτερος ἄγγελος ἐσάλπισεν, καὶ ὡς ὄρος μέγα πυρὶ καιόμενον ἐβλήθη εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν. καὶ ἐγένετο τὸ τρίτον τῆς θαλάσσης αἷμα, 8 Then the second angel blew his trumpet , and {NEQ} a great mountain of fire was thrown into the sea . {NEQ} One-third of the water in the sea became blood ,
Rev.8:10 10καὶ ὁ τρίτος ἄγγελος ἐσάλπισεν, καὶ ἔπεσεν ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἀστὴρ μέγας, καιόμενος ὡς λαμπάς. καὶ ἔπεσεν ἐπὶ τὸ τρίτον τῶν ποταμῶν καὶ ἐπὶ τὰς πηγὰς τῶν ὑδάτων· 10 Then the third angel blew his trumpet , and a great star fell from the sky , burning like a torch . {NEQ} It fell on one-third of the rivers and on the springs of {NEQ} water .
Rev.8:13 13καὶ εἶδον· καὶ ἤκουσα ἑνὸς ἀετοῦ πετομένου ἐν μεσουρανήματι λέγοντος φωνῇ μεγάλῃ, Οὐαί, οὐαί, οὐαὶ τοὺς κατοικοῦντας ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἐκ τῶν λοιπῶν φωνῶν τῆς σάλπιγγος τῶν τριῶν ἀγγέλων τῶν μελλόντων σαλπίζειν. 13 Then I looked , and I heard a single eagle crying loudly as it flew through the air , “ Terror , terror , terror to all who belong to this world because of what will happen when the last {NEQ} three angels blow their {NEQ} trumpets . ”
Rev.9:2 2καὶ ἤνοιξεν τὸ φρέαρ τῆς ἀβύσσου, καὶ ἀνέβη καπνὸς ἐκ τοῦ φρέατος ὡς καπνὸς καμίνου μεγάλης, καὶ ἐσκοτώθη ὁ ἥλιος καὶ ὁ ἀὴρ ἐκ τοῦ καπνοῦ τοῦ φρέατος. 2 {NEQ} When he opened it , {NEQ} smoke poured out {RPT} {RPT} as though from a huge {RPT} furnace , and the sunlight and {NEQ} air turned dark from the smoke .
Rev.9:14 14λέγοντα τῷ ἕκτῳ ἀγγέλῳ ὁ ἔχων τὴν σάλπιγγα, Λῦσον τοὺς τέσσαρας ἀγγέλους τοὺς δεδεμένους ἐπὶ τῷ ποταμῷ τῷ μεγάλῳ Εὐφράτῃ. 14 And the voice said to the sixth angel who held the trumpet , “ Release the four angels who {RPT} are bound at the {RPT} great Euphrates River . ”
Rev.10:3 3καὶ ἔκραξεν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ, ὥσπερ λέων μυκᾶται. καὶ ὅτε ἔκραξεν, ἐλάλησαν αἱ ἑπτὰ βρονταὶ τὰς ἑαυτῶν φωνάς. 3 And he gave a great shout like the roar of a lion . And when he shouted , the seven thunders answered .
Rev.11:8 8καὶ τὸ πτῶμα αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τῆς πλατείας τῆς πόλεως τῆς μεγάλης, ἥτις καλεῖται πνευματικῶς Σόδομα καί Αἴγυπτος, ὅπου καὶ ὁ κύριος αὐτῶν ἐσταυρώθη. 8 And their {NEQ} bodies will lie in the main street of Jerusalem ,  *  the city that is figuratively called “ Sodom ” and “ Egypt , ” the city {NEQ} where their {NEQ} Lord was crucified .
Rev.11:11 11καὶ μετὰ τὰς τρεῖς ἡμέρας καὶ ἥμισυ, πνεῦμα ζωῆς ἐκ τοῦ θεοῦ εἰσῆλθεν ἐν αὐτοῖς, καὶ ἔστησαν ἐπὶ τοὺς πόδας αὐτῶν· καὶ φόβος μέγας ἐπέπεσεν ἐπὶ τοὺς θεωροῦντας αὐτούς. 11 But after {NEQ} three and a half days , {NEQ} God breathed life into them , and they stood up ! {NEQ} Terror struck {RPT} all who were staring at them .
Rev.11:12 12καὶ ἤκουσαν φωνῆς μεγάλης ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ λεγούσης αὐτοῖς, Ἀνάβατε ὧδε. καὶ ἀνέβησαν εἰς τὸν οὐρανὸν ἐν τῇ νεφέλῃ καὶ ἐθεώρησαν αὐτοὺς οἱ ἐχθροὶ αὐτῶν. 12 Then a loud voice from {NEQ} heaven called to the two prophets , “ Come up here ! ” And they rose to {NEQ} heaven in a cloud as their {NEQ} enemies watched {RPT} .
Rev.11:13 13καὶ ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ὥρᾳ ἐγένετο σεισμὸς μέγας καὶ τὸ δέκατον τῆς πόλεως ἔπεσεν. καὶ ἀπεκτάνθησαν ἐν τῷ σεισμῷ ὀνόματα ἀνθρώπων χιλιάδες ἑπτά, καὶ οἱ λοιποὶ ἔμφοβοι ἐγένοντο καὶ ἔδωκαν δόξαν τῷ θεῷ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ. 13 {NEQ} At the same {NEQ} time there was a terrible earthquake that destroyed a tenth of the city . {NEQ} Seven thousand people died in that earthquake , and everyone else was terrified and gave glory to the God of {NEQ} heaven .
Rev.11:15 15καὶ ὁ ἕβδομος ἄγγελος ἐσάλπισεν, καὶ ἐγένοντο φωναὶ μεγάλαι ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ λέγοντες· Ἐγένετο ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ κόσμου τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν καὶ τοῦ Χριστοῦ αὐτοῦ, καὶ βασιλεύσει εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων. 15 Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet , and there were loud voices shouting in {NEQ} heaven : “ The world has now become the Kingdom of our {NEQ} Lord and of his {NEQ} Christ ,  *  and he will reign forever and ever . ”
Rev.11:17 17λέγοντες, Εὐχαριστοῦμέν σοι, κύριε ὁ θεός, ὁ παντοκράτωρ, ὁ ὢν καὶ ὁ ἦν, ὅτι εἴληφας τὴν δύναμίν σου τὴν μεγάλην καὶ ἐβασίλευσας. 17 And they said , “ We give thanks to you , Lord {NEQ} God , the Almighty , the one who is and who always was , for now you have assumed your {RPT} great {RPT} power and have begun to reign .
Rev.11:18 18καὶ τὰ ἔθνη ὠργίσθησαν, καὶ ἦλθεν ἡ ὀργή σου. καὶ ὁ καιρὸς τῶν νεκρῶν κριθῆναι καὶ δοῦναι τὸν μισθὸν τοῖς δούλοις σου, τοῖς προφήταις, καὶ τοῖς ἁγίοις, καὶ τοῖς φοβουμένοις τὸ ὄνομά σου, τοὺς μικροὺς καὶ τοὺς μεγάλους· καὶ διαφθεῖραι τοὺς διαφθείροντας τὴν γῆν. 18 {NEQ} The nations were filled with wrath , but now the time of your {NEQ} wrath has come . It is time to judge the dead and reward your {NEQ} servants the prophets , as well as your holy people , and all who fear your {NEQ} name , from the least {NEQ} to the greatest . {NEQ} It is time to destroy all who have caused destruction on the earth . ”
Rev.11:19 19καί, ἠνοίγη ὁ ναὸς τοῦ θεοῦ, ὁ ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ, καὶ ὤφθη ἡ κιβωτὸς τῆς διαθήκης αὐτοῦ ἐν τῷ ναῷ αὐτοῦ. καὶ ἐγένοντο ἀστραπαί, καὶ φωναὶ καὶ βρονταί, καὶ σεισμὸς καὶ χάλαζα μεγάλη. 19 Then , {RPT} in {NEQ} heaven , the Temple of {NEQ} God was opened and the Ark of his {NEQ} covenant could be seen inside the Temple {RPT} . {NEQ} Lightning flashed , {NEQ} thunder {NEQ} crashed and roared , and there was an earthquake and a terrible hailstorm .
Rev.12:1 1καὶ σημεῖον μέγα ὤφθη ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ· γυνὴ περιβεβλημένη τὸν ἥλιον, καὶ ἡ σελήνη ὑποκάτω τῶν ποδῶν αὐτῆς, καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς κεφαλῆς αὐτῆς στέφανος ἀστέρων δώδεκα· 12:1 Then I witnessed in {NEQ} heaven an event of great significance . I saw a woman clothed with the sun , with the moon beneath her {NEQ} feet , and a crown of twelve stars on her {NEQ} head .
Rev.12:3 3καὶ ὤφθη ἄλλο σημεῖον ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ· καὶ ἰδοὺ δράκων μέγας πυρρός ἔχων κεφαλὰς ἑπτὰ καὶ κέρατα δέκα, καὶ ἐπὶ τὰς κεφαλὰς αὐτοῦ ἑπτὰ διαδήματα. 3 Then I witnessed in {NEQ} heaven another significant event . I saw a large red dragon with seven heads and ten horns , with seven crowns on his {NEQ} heads .
Rev.12:9 9καὶ ἐβλήθη ὁ δράκων ὁ μέγας— ὁ ὄφις ὁ ἀρχαῖος ὁ καλούμενος διάβολος, καὶ ὁ Σατανᾶς, ὁ πλανῶν τὴν οἰκουμένην ὅλην— ἐβλήθη εἰς τὴν γῆν καὶ οἱ ἄγγελοι αὐτοῦ μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ ἐβλήθησαν. 9 {NEQ} {RPT} This {RPT} great dragon — the {RPT} ancient serpent {RPT} called the devil , or {RPT} Satan , the one deceiving the whole world — was thrown down to the earth with all his angels {NEQ} {RPT} {RPT} .
Rev.12:10 10καὶ ἤκουσα φωνὴν μεγάλην ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ λέγουσαν, ̓Άρτι ἐγένετο— ἡ σωτηρία καὶ ἡ δύναμις καὶ ἡ βασιλεία τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν, καὶ ἡ ἐξουσία τοῦ Χριστοῦ αὐτοῦ· ὅτι ἐβλήθη ὁ κατήγωρ τῶν ἀδελφῶν ἡμῶν— ὁ κατηγορῶν αὐτοὺς ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν ἡμέρας καὶ νυκτός. 10 Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the heavens , “ It has come at last — {RPT} salvation and {RPT} power and the Kingdom of our {NEQ} God , and the authority of his {NEQ} Christ .  *  For the accuser of our {NEQ} brothers and sisters  *  has been thrown down to earth — the one who accuses them before our {NEQ} God day and night .
Rev.12:12 12διὰ τοῦτο, εὐφραίνεσθε, οὐρανοί· καὶ οἱ ἐν αὐτοῖς σκηνοῦντες· οὐαὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ τὴν θάλασσαν· ὅτι κατέβη ὁ διάβολος πρὸς ὑμᾶς ἔχων θυμὸν μέγαν, εἰδὼς ὅτι ὀλίγον καιρὸν ἔχει. 12 Therefore , rejoice , O heavens ! And you who live in the heavens {RPT} , rejoice ! But terror will come on the earth and the sea , for the devil has come down to you in great anger , knowing that he has little time . ”
Rev.12:14 14καὶ ἐδόθησαν τῇ γυναικὶ αἱ δύο πτέρυγες τοῦ ἀετοῦ τοῦ μεγάλου ἵνα πέτηται εἰς τὴν ἔρημον εἰς τὸν τόπον αὐτῆς· ὅπου τρέφεται ἐκεῖ καιρόν, καὶ καιρούς, καὶ ἥμισυ καιροῦ ἀπὸ προσώπου τοῦ ὄφεως. 14 But she was given two {NEQ} wings like those of a {RPT} great eagle so she could fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness . {RPT} There she would be cared for and protected from the dragon  *  for a time , {NEQ} times , and half a time .
Rev.13:2 2καὶ τὸ θηρίον ὃ εἶδον ἦν ὅμοιον παρδάλει, καὶ οἱ πόδες αὐτοῦ ὡς ἄρκου καὶ τὸ στόμα αὐτοῦ ὡς στόμα λέοντος. καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ ὁ δράκων τὴν δύναμιν αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸν θρόνον αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐξουσίαν μεγάλην. 2 {NEQ} This {NEQ} beast looked like a leopard , but it had the feet of a bear and the mouth {RPT} {RPT} {RPT} of a lion ! And the dragon gave the beast his own {NEQ} power and {NEQ} throne {RPT} and great authority .
Rev.13:13 13καὶ ποιεῖ σημεῖα μεγάλα, ἵνα καὶ πῦρ ποιῇ ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καταβαίνειν εἰς τὴν γῆν ἐνώπιον τῶν ἀνθρώπων. 13 {NEQ} He did astounding miracles , {NEQ} even making fire flash down to {NEQ} earth from the sky while everyone was watching .
Rev.13:16 16καὶ ποιεῖ πάντας— τοὺς μικροὺς καὶ τοὺς μεγάλους, καὶ τοὺς πλουσίους καὶ τοὺς πτωχούς, καὶ τοὺς ἐλευθέρους καὶ τοὺς δούλους— ἵνα δῶσιν αὐτοῖς χάραγμα ἐπὶ τῆς χειρὸς αὐτῶν τῆς δεξιᾶς ἢ ἐπὶ τὸ μέτωπον αὐτῶν· 16 {NEQ} He required everyone — {NEQ} small and {NEQ} great , {NEQ} {NEQ} rich and {NEQ} poor , {NEQ} {NEQ} free and {NEQ} slave — to be given a mark on {RPT} the {RPT} right hand {RPT} or on the forehead {RPT} .
Rev.14:2 2καὶ ἤκουσα φωνὴν ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ὡς φωνὴν ὑδάτων πολλῶν καὶ ὡς φωνὴν βροντῆς μεγάλης· καὶ ἡ φωνὴ ἣν ἤκουσα ὡς κιθαρῳδῶν κιθαριζόντων ἐν ταῖς κιθάραις αὐτῶν. 2 And I heard a sound from {NEQ} heaven like the roar of mighty ocean waves or {RPT} the rolling of loud thunder . {NEQ} It was like the sound {RPT} {RPT} of many harpists playing together {RPT} .
Rev.14:7 7λέγων ἐν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ, Φοβήθητε τὸν θεὸν καὶ δότε αὐτῷ δόξαν· ὅτι ἦλθεν ἡ ὥρα τῆς κρίσεως αὐτοῦ· καὶ προσκυνήσατε τῷ ποιήσαντι τὸν οὐρανόν, καὶ τὴν γῆν, καὶ θάλασσαν, καὶ πηγὰς ὑδάτων. 7 “ Fear {NEQ} God , ” he shouted . “ {NEQ} Give glory to him . For the time has come when he will sit as {NEQ} judge . {NEQ} Worship him who made the heavens , {NEQ} the earth , {NEQ} the sea , and all the springs of water . ”
Rev.14:8 8καὶ ἄλλος δεύτερος ἄγγελος ἠκολούθησεν, λέγων, ̓Έπεσεν— ἔπεσεν Βαβυλὼν ἡ μεγάλη— ἣ ἐκ τοῦ οἴνου τοῦ θυμοῦ τῆς πορνείας αὐτῆς πεπότικεν πάντα τὰ ἔθνη. 8 Then another angel followed him through the sky , shouting , “ Babylon is fallen — that great city is fallen — because she made all the nations of the world drink {NEQ} {NEQ} the wine of her {NEQ} passionate {NEQ} immorality . ”
Rev.14:9 9καὶ ἄλλος ἄγγελος τρίτος ἠκολούθησεν αὐτοῖς, λέγων ἐν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ, Εἴ τις προσκυνεῖ τὸ θηρίον καὶ τὴν εἰκόνα αὐτοῦ καὶ λαμβάνει χάραγμα ἐπὶ τοῦ μετώπου αὐτοῦ ἢ ἐπὶ τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ 9 Then a third angel followed them , shouting , “ {NEQ} Anyone who worships the beast and his {NEQ} statue or who accepts his mark on the forehead or on the {RPT} hand
Rev.14:15 15καὶ ἄλλος ἄγγελος ἐξῆλθεν ἐκ τοῦ ναοῦ κράζων ἐν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ τῷ καθημένῳ ἐπὶ τῆς νεφέλης, Πέμψον τὸ δρέπανόν σου καὶ θέρισον, ὅτι ἦλθεν ἡ ὥρα θερίσαι· ὅτι ἐξηράνθη ὁ θερισμὸς τῆς γῆς. 15 Then another angel came from the Temple and shouted to the one sitting on the cloud , “ Swing the sickle {RPT} {NEQ} {RPT} , for the time of harvest has come ; {NEQ} the crop on {NEQ} earth is ripe . ”
Rev.14:18 18καὶ ἄλλος ἄγγελος, ἐξῆλθεν ἐκ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου, ὁ ἔχων ἐξουσίαν ἐπὶ τοῦ πυρός· καὶ ἐφώνησεν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ τῷ ἔχοντι τὸ δρέπανον τὸ ὀξὺ λέγων, Πέμψον σου τὸ δρέπανον τὸ ὀξὺ καὶ τρύγησον τοὺς βότρυας τῆς ἀμπέλου τῆς γῆς, ὅτι ἤκμασαν αἱ σταφυλαὶ αὐτῆς. 18 Then another angel , who had power to destroy with {NEQ} fire , came from {RPT} the altar . {NEQ} He shouted to the angel with the {RPT} sharp sickle , “ Swing your {RPT} sickle {RPT} {RPT} {NEQ} now to gather the clusters of grapes from the vines of the earth , for they {RPT} are ripe for judgment . ”
Rev.14:19 19καὶ ἔβαλεν ὁ ἄγγελος τὸ δρέπανον αὐτοῦ εἰς τὴν γῆν καὶ ἐτρύγησεν τὴν ἄμπελον τῆς γῆς καὶ ἔβαλεν εἰς τὴν ληνὸν τοῦ θυμοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ τὸν μέγαν. 19 So the angel swung his {NEQ} sickle over the earth and loaded the grapes into the {RPT} great winepress of {NEQ} God’s {NEQ} wrath .
Rev.15:1 1καὶ εἶδον ἄλλο σημεῖον ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ μέγα καὶ θαυμαστόν· ἀγγέλους ἑπτὰ ἔχοντας πληγὰς ἑπτὰ τὰς ἐσχάτας, ὅτι ἐν αὐταῖς ἐτελέσθη ὁ θυμὸς τοῦ θεοῦ. 15:1 Then I saw in {NEQ} heaven another marvelous event {NEQ} of great significance . Seven angels were holding the seven last plagues , which would bring {NEQ} God’s {NEQ} wrath to completion .
Rev.15:3 3καὶ ᾄδουσιν τὴν ᾠδὴν Μωυσέως, τοῦ δούλου τοῦ θεοῦ, καὶ τὴν ᾠδὴν τοῦ ἀρνίου λέγοντες· Μεγάλα καὶ θαυμαστὰ τὰ ἔργα σου, κύριε ὁ θεός, ὁ παντοκράτωρ· δίκαιαι καὶ ἀληθιναὶ αἱ ὁδοί σου, ὁ βασιλεὺς τῶν ἐθνῶν· 3 And they were singing the song of Moses , the servant of {NEQ} God , and the song of the Lamb : “ Great and marvelous are your {NEQ} works , O Lord {NEQ} God , the Almighty . Just and true are your {NEQ} ways , O {NEQ} King of the nations .  * 
Rev.16:1 1καὶ ἤκουσα μεγάλης φωνῆς ἐκ τοῦ ναοῦ λεγούσης τοῖς ἑπτὰ ἀγγέλοις, Ὑπάγετε καὶ ἐκχέετε τὰς ἑπτὰ φιάλας τοῦ θυμοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ εἰς τὴν γῆν. 16:1 Then I heard a mighty voice from the Temple say to the seven angels , “ Go your ways and pour out on the earth the seven bowls containing {RPT} God’s {RPT} wrath . ”
Rev.16:9 9καὶ ἐκαυματίσθησαν οἱ ἄνθρωποι καῦμα μέγα, καὶ ἐβλασφήμησαν τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ θεοῦ, τοῦ ἔχοντος τὴν ἐξουσίαν ἐπὶ τὰς πληγὰς ταύτας· καὶ οὐ μετενόησαν δοῦναι αὐτῷ δόξαν. 9 {NEQ} Everyone was burned by this blast of heat , and they cursed the name of {NEQ} God , who had {NEQ} control over all these plagues . {NEQ} They did not repent of their sins and turn to God and give him glory .
Rev.16:12 12καὶ ὁ ἕκτος ἐξέχεεν τὴν φιάλην αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὸν ποταμὸν τὸν μέγαν τὸν Εὐφράτην, καὶ ἐξηράνθη τὸ ὕδωρ αὐτοῦ ἵνα ἑτοιμασθῇ ἡ ὁδὸς τῶν βασιλέων τῶν ἀπὸ ἀνατολῆς ἡλίου. 12 Then the sixth angel poured out his {NEQ} bowl on the {RPT} great {RPT} Euphrates River , and it dried up so that the kings {RPT} from the east could march their armies toward the west without hindrance .
Rev.16:14 14εἰσὶν γὰρ πνεύματα δαιμονίων ποιοῦντα σημεῖα ἃ ἐκπορεύεται ἐπὶ τοὺς βασιλεῖς τῆς οἰκουμένης ὅλης συναγαγεῖν αὐτοὺς εἰς τὸν πόλεμον τῆς ἡμέρας τῆς μεγάλης τοῦ θεοῦ τοῦ παντοκράτορος. 14 {NEQ} They are demonic spirits who work miracles {RPT} and go out to all the rulers of the world to gather them for {NEQ} battle against the Lord on that {RPT} great judgment day of {NEQ} God the Almighty .
Rev.16:17 17καὶ ὁ ἕβδομος ἐξέχεεν τὴν φιάλην αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὸν ἀέρα. καὶ ἐξῆλθεν φωνὴ μεγάλη ἐκ τοῦ ναοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ θρόνου, λέγουσα, Γέγονεν. 17 Then the seventh angel poured out his {NEQ} bowl into the air . And a mighty shout came from the throne in the Temple , saying , “ It is finished ! ”
Rev.16:18 18καὶ ἐγένοντο ἀστραπαί, καὶ φωναὶ καὶ βρονταί· καὶ σεισμὸς ἐγένετο μέγας οἷος οὐκ ἐγένετο ἀφ᾽ οὗ ἄνθρωποι ἐγένοντο ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς τηλικοῦτος σεισμὸς οὕτω μέγας. 18 Then {NEQ} the thunder {NEQ} crashed and rolled , and lightning flashed . And a great earthquake struck — the worst since people were placed on the earth .
Rev.16:19 19καὶ ἐγένετο ἡ πόλις ἡ μεγάλη εἰς τρία μέρη, καὶ αἱ πόλεις τῶν ἐθνῶν ἔπεσαν. καὶ Βαβυλὼν ἡ μεγάλη ἐμνήσθη ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ, δοῦναι αὐτῇ τὸ ποτήριον τοῦ οἴνου τοῦ θυμοῦ τῆς ὀργῆς αὐτοῦ· 19 The {RPT} great city of Babylon split into three sections , and the cities {NEQ} of many nations fell into heaps of rubble . So {NEQ} God remembered all of Babylon’s {RPT} {RPT} sins , and he made her drink the cup that was filled with the wine of his {NEQ} {NEQ} fierce wrath .
Rev.16:21 21καὶ χάλαζα μεγάλη ὡς ταλαντιαία καταβαίνει ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀνθρώπους· καὶ ἐβλασφήμησαν οἱ ἄνθρωποι τὸν θεὸν ἐκ τῆς πληγῆς τῆς χαλάζης· ὅτι μεγάλη ἐστὶν ἡ πληγὴ αὐτῆς σφόδρα. 21 {NEQ} There was a terrible hailstorm {RPT} , and hailstones weighing as much as seventy-five pounds fell from the sky onto the people below . {NEQ} They cursed {NEQ} God because of the terrible plague of the hailstorm .
Rev.17:1 1καὶ ἦλθεν εἷς ἐκ τῶν ἑπτὰ ἀγγέλων τῶν ἐχόντων τὰς ἑπτὰ φιάλας καὶ ἐλάλησεν μετ᾽ ἐμοῦ· λέγων, Δεῦρο, δείξω σοι τὸ κρίμα τῆς πόρνης τῆς μεγάλης τῆς καθημένης ἐπὶ ὑδάτων πολλῶν· 17:1 One of the seven angels who had poured out the seven bowls {NEQ} came over and spoke to me . “ Come with me , ” he said , “ and I will show you the judgment that is going to come on the {RPT} great prostitute , who {RPT} rules over many waters .
Rev.17:5 5καὶ ἐπὶ τὸ μέτωπον αὐτῆς ὄνομα γεγραμμένον μυστήριον· Βαβυλὼν ἡ μεγάλη, ἡ μήτηρ τῶν πορνῶν καὶ τῶν βδελυγμάτων τῆς γῆς. 5 {NEQ} A mysterious name was written on her {NEQ} forehead : “ Babylon the Great , {NEQ} Mother of All Prostitutes and {NEQ} Obscenities in the World . ”
Rev.17:6 6καὶ εἶδον τὴν γυναῖκα μεθύουσαν— ἐκ τοῦ αἵματος τῶν ἁγίων καὶ ἐκ τοῦ αἵματος τῶν μαρτύρων Ἰησοῦ. καὶ ἐθαύμασα ἰδὼν αὐτὴν θαῦμα μέγα. 6 {NEQ} I could see that she was drunk — drunk with the blood {NEQ} of God’s holy people who {NEQ} {RPT} {RPT} {RPT} were {NEQ} witnesses for Jesus . {NEQ} I stared at her in complete amazement .
Rev.17:18 18καὶ ἡ γυνὴ ἣν εἶδες ἐστὶν ἡ πόλις ἡ μεγάλη ἡ ἔχουσα βασιλείαν ἐπὶ τῶν βασιλέων τῆς γῆς. 18 And this woman {RPT} you saw in your vision represents the {RPT} great city that rules over the kings of the world . ”
Rev.18:1 1μετὰ ταῦτα εἶδον ἄλλον ἄγγελον καταβαίνοντα ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἔχοντα ἐξουσίαν μεγάλην, καὶ ἡ γῆ ἐφωτίσθη ἐκ τῆς δόξης αὐτοῦ. 18:1 After all this I saw another angel come down from {NEQ} heaven with great authority , and the earth grew bright with his {NEQ} splendor .
Rev.18:2 2καὶ ἔκραξεν ἐν ἰσχυρᾷ φωνῇ λέγων· ̓Έπεσεν— ἔπεσεν Βαβυλὼν ἡ μεγάλη· καὶ ἐγένετο κατοικητήριον δαιμονίων· καὶ φυλακὴ παντὸς πνεύματος ἀκαθάρτου, καὶ φυλακὴ παντὸς ὀρνέου ἀκαθάρτου καὶ φυλακὴ παντὸς θηρίου ἀκαθάρτου καὶ μεμισημένου· 2 {NEQ} He gave a mighty shout : “ Babylon is fallen — that great city is fallen ! {NEQ} She has become a home for demons . {NEQ} She is a hideout for every foul spirit , {NEQ} a hideout for every foul vulture and {RPT} every foul and dreadful animal .
Rev.18:10 10ἀπὸ μακρόθεν ἑστηκότες, διὰ τὸν φόβον τοῦ βασανισμοῦ αὐτῆς· λέγοντες, Οὐαί, οὐαὶ ἡ πόλις ἡ μεγάλη Βαβυλών, ἡ πόλις ἡ ἰσχυρά· ὅτι μιᾷ ὥρᾳ ἦλθεν ἡ κρίσις σου. 10 They will stand at a distance , terrified by her {NEQ} great torment . They will cry out , “ How terrible , how terrible for you , O Babylon , you great {RPT} city ! {NEQ} In a single moment God’s judgment came on you . ”
Rev.18:16 16λέγοντες, Οὐαί, οὐαὶ ἡ πόλις ἡ μεγάλη· ἡ περιβεβλημένη βύσσινον καὶ πορφυροῦν καὶ κόκκινον, καὶ κεχρυσωμένη ἐν χρυσίῳ καὶ λίθῳ τιμίῳ καὶ μαργαρίτῃ· 16        “ How terrible , how terrible for that {RPT} great city ! She was clothed in finest {NEQ} purple and scarlet linens , {NEQ} decked out with gold and precious stones and pearls !
Rev.18:18 18καὶ ἔκραξαν βλέποντες τὸν καπνὸν τῆς πυρώσεως αὐτῆς, λέγοντες, Τίς ὁμοία τῇ πόλει τῇ μεγάλῃ; 18 {NEQ} They will cry out as they watch the smoke ascend {RPT} , and they will say , “ Where is there another city as {RPT} great as this ? ”
Rev.18:19 19καὶ ἔβαλον χοῦν ἐπὶ τὰς κεφαλὰς αὐτῶν καὶ ἔκραξαν κλαίοντες καὶ πενθοῦντες· λέγοντες, Οὐαί, οὐαὶ ἡ πόλις ἡ μεγάλη· ἐν ᾗ ἐπλούτησαν πάντες οἱ ἔχοντες τὰ πλοῖα ἐν τῇ θαλάσσῃ ἐκ τῆς τιμιότητος αὐτῆς· ὅτι μιᾷ ὥρᾳ ἠρημώθη. 19 And they will weep and throw dust on their {NEQ} heads to show their grief . And they will cry out , “ How terrible , how terrible for that {RPT} great city ! The shipowners became wealthy by {RPT} transporting her great wealth on the seas . {NEQ} In a single moment it is all gone . ”
Rev.18:21 21καὶ ἦρεν εἷς ἄγγελος ἰσχυρὸς λίθον ὡς μύλινον μέγαν· καὶ ἔβαλεν εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν λέγων, Οὕτως, ὁρμήματι βληθήσεται Βαβυλών, ἡ μεγάλη πόλις, καὶ οὐ μὴ εὑρεθῇ ἔτι. 21 Then a mighty angel picked up a boulder the size of a huge millstone . {RPT} He threw it into the ocean and shouted , “ Just like this , the great city Babylon will be thrown down with violence and will never be found again .
Rev.19:1 1μετὰ ταῦτα, ἤκουσα ὡς φωνὴν μεγάλην ὄχλου πολλοῦ ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ λεγόντων, Ἁλληλουϊά· ἡ σωτηρία καὶ ἡ δόξα καὶ ἡ δύναμις τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν· 19:1 After this , I heard what sounded like a vast crowd in {NEQ} heaven shouting , “ Praise the LORD !  *  {NEQ} Salvation and {RPT} glory and {RPT} power belong to our {NEQ} God .
Rev.19:2 2ὅτι ἀληθιναὶ καὶ δίκαιαι αἱ κρίσεις αὐτοῦ· ὅτι ἔκρινεν τὴν πόρνην τὴν μεγάλην ἥτις ἔφθειρεν τὴν γῆν ἐν τῇ πορνείᾳ αὐτῆς· καὶ ἐξεδίκησεν τὸ αἷμα τῶν δούλων αὐτοῦ ἐκ χειρὸς αὐτῆς. 2 {NEQ} His {NEQ} judgments are true and just . {NEQ} He has punished the great {RPT} prostitute who corrupted the earth with her {NEQ} immorality . {NEQ} He has avenged {RPT} the murder of his {NEQ} servants . ”
Rev.19:5 5καὶ φωνὴ ἀπὸ τοῦ θρόνου ἐξῆλθεν λέγουσα, Αἰνεῖτε τῷ θεῷ ἡμῶν, πάντες οἱ δοῦλοι αὐτοῦ, οἱ φοβούμενοι αὐτόν, οἱ μικροὶ καὶ οἱ μεγάλοι. 5 And from the throne came a voice that said , “ Praise our {NEQ} God , all his {NEQ} servants , all who fear him , from the least to the greatest . ”
Rev.19:17 17καὶ εἶδον ἕνα ἄγγελον ἑστῶτα ἐν τῷ ἡλίῳ, καὶ ἔκραξεν ἐν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ λέγων πᾶσι τοῖς ὀρνέοις τοῖς πετομένοις ἐν μεσουρανήματι· Δεῦτε, συνάχθητε εἰς τὸ δεῖπνον τὸ μέγα τοῦ θεοῦ· 17 Then I saw an angel standing in the sun , {NEQ} shouting to the vultures {RPT} flying high in the sky : “ Come ! Gather together for the {RPT} great banquet {NEQ} God has prepared .
Rev.20:1 1καὶ εἶδον ἄγγελον καταβαίνοντα ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἔχοντα τὴν κλεῖν τῆς ἀβύσσου καὶ ἅλυσιν μεγάλην ἐπὶ τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ. 20:1 Then I saw an angel coming down from {NEQ} heaven with the key to the bottomless pit  *  and a heavy chain in his {NEQ} hand .
Rev.20:11 11καὶ εἶδον θρόνον μέγαν λευκὸν καὶ τὸν καθήμενον ἐπ᾽ αὐτόν· οὗ ἀπὸ τοῦ προσώπου ἔφυγεν ἡ γῆ καὶ ὁ οὐρανός, καὶ τόπος οὐχ εὑρέθη αὐτοῖς. 11 And I saw a great white throne and the one sitting on it . The earth and {NEQ} sky fled from his {NEQ} presence , but they found no place to hide .
Rev.20:12 12καὶ εἶδον τοὺς νεκρούς, τοὺς μεγάλους καὶ τοὺς μικρούς, ἑστῶτας ἐνώπιον τοῦ θρόνου. καὶ βιβλία ἠνοίχθησαν, καὶ ἄλλο βιβλίον ἠνοίχθη ὅ ἐστιν τῆς ζωῆς· καὶ ἐκρίθησαν οἱ νεκροὶ ἐκ τῶν γεγραμμένων ἐν τοῖς βιβλίοις, κατὰ τὰ ἔργα αὐτῶν. 12 {NEQ} I saw the dead , both {RPT} great and {RPT} small , standing before God’s throne . And the books were opened , including the Book {RPT} {NEQ} of {NEQ} Life . And the dead were judged according to what they had done , as recorded in the books .
Rev.21:3 3καὶ ἤκουσα φωνῆς μεγάλης ἐκ τοῦ θρόνου, λεγούσης, Ἰδοὺ ἡ σκηνὴ τοῦ θεοῦ μετὰ τῶν ἀνθρώπων· καὶ σκηνώσει μετ᾽ αὐτῶν, καὶ αὐτοὶ λαοὶ αὐτοῦ ἔσονται· καὶ αὐτὸς ὁ θεὸς μετ᾽ αὐτῶν ἔσται· 3 {NEQ} I heard a loud shout from the throne , saying , “ Look , {NEQ} God’s {NEQ} home is now among his people ! {NEQ} He will live with them , and they will be his people . {NEQ} {NEQ} God himself will be with them .  * 
Rev.21:10 10καὶ ἀπήνεγκέν με ἐν πνεύματι ἐπὶ ὄρος μέγα, καὶ ὑψηλόν, καὶ ἔδειξέν μοι τὴν πόλιν τὴν ἁγίαν, Ἰερουσαλήμ, καταβαίνουσαν ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ θεοῦ· 10 So he took me in the Spirit  *  to a great , {NEQ} high mountain , and he showed me the {RPT} holy city , Jerusalem , descending out of {NEQ} heaven from {NEQ} God .
Rev.21:12 12ἔχουσα τεῖχος μέγα καὶ ὑψηλόν, ἔχουσα πυλῶνας δώδεκα καὶ ἐπὶ τοῖς πυλῶσιν ἀγγέλους δώδεκα· καὶ ὀνόματα ἐπιγεγραμμένα ἅ ἐστιν τὰ ὀνόματα τῶν δώδεκα φυλῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραήλ· 12 The city wall was broad and high , with twelve gates guarded by twelve angels . And the names of the twelve tribes of Israel {RPT} were written {RPT} {NEQ} {NEQ} on the gates .
