1Tim.1:4 4μηδὲ προσέχειν μύθοις καὶ γενεαλογίαις ἀπεράντοις· αἵτινες ἐκζητήσεις παρέχουσι, μᾶλλον οἰκονομίαν θεοῦ τὴν ἐν πίστει. 4 Don’t let them waste their time in endless discussion of myths and spiritual pedigrees . These things only lead to meaningless speculations ,  *  which don’t help {NEQ} {NEQ} people live a life of {NEQ} faith in God .  * 
1Tim.4:7 7τοὺς δὲ βεβήλους καὶ γραώδεις μύθους παραιτοῦ. γύμναζε, δέ, σεαυτὸν πρὸς εὐσέβειαν· 7 {NEQ} Do not waste time arguing over godless ideas and {NEQ} old wives' tales . Instead , train yourself to be godly .
2Tim.4:4 4καὶ ἀπὸ μὲν τῆς ἀληθείας τὴν ἀκοὴν ἀποστρέψουσιν ἐπὶ δὲ τοὺς μύθους ἐκτραπήσονται. 4 {NEQ} {NEQ} They will reject {RPT} the truth and chase after {NEQ} myths .
Titus.1:14 14μὴ προσέχοντες Ἰουδαϊκοῖς μύθοις καὶ ἐντολαῖς ἀνθρώπων ἀποστρεφομένων τὴν ἀλήθειαν. 14 They must stop listening to Jewish myths and the commands of people who have turned away from the truth .
