Heb.3:18 18τίσιν δὲ ὤμοσεν μὴ εἰσελεύσεσθαι εἰς τὴν κατάπαυσιν αὐτοῦ; εἰ μὴ τοῖς ἀπειθήσασιν; 18 And to whom was God speaking when he took an oath that they would never enter {RPT} his {NEQ} rest ? Wasn’t it the people who disobeyed him ?
Heb.4:3 3εἰσερχόμεθα γὰρ εἰς τὴν κατάπαυσιν οἱ πιστεύσαντες· καθώς, εἴρηκεν, Ὡς ὤμοσα ἐν τῇ ὀργῇ μου· εἰ εἰσελεύσονται εἰς τὴν κατάπαυσίν μου, καίτοι τῶν ἔργων ἀπὸ καταβολῆς κόσμου γενηθέντων. 3 For only we who believe can enter {RPT} his {NEQ} rest . Heb.6:13 13τῷ γὰρ Ἀβραὰμ ἐπαγγειλάμενος ὁ θεός· ἐπεὶ κατ᾽ οὐδενὸς εἶχεν μείζονος ὀμόσαι, ὤμοσεν καθ᾽ ἑαυτοῦ, λέγων· 13 For example , there was {NEQ} God’s promise to {NEQ} Abraham . Since there was no one greater to swear by , God took an oath in his own name , saying :
Heb.6:16 16ἄνθρωποι γὰρ κατὰ τοῦ μείζονος ὀμνύουσιν, καὶ πάσης αὐτοῖς ἀντιλογίας πέρας εἰς βεβαίωσιν ὁ ὅρκος· 16 Now when people take an oath , they call on someone greater than themselves to hold them to it . And without any question that oath is binding .
Heb.7:21 21ὁ δὲ μετὰ ὁρκωμοσίας, διὰ τοῦ λέγοντος πρὸς αὐτόν, ̓Ώμοσεν κύριος καὶ οὐ μεταμεληθήσεται· Σὺ ἱερεὺς εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα. 21 but {NEQ} there was an oath regarding Jesus . For God said to him , “ The LORD has taken an oath and will not break his vow : ‘ You are a priest forever . ’ ”  *

Just {RPT} say a simple yes or {RPT} no , so that you will not sin and be condemned .
Rev.10:6 6καὶ ὤμοσεν ἐν τῷ ζῶντι εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων, ὃς ἔκτισεν τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτῷ, καὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ, καὶ τὴν θάλασσαν καὶ τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ· ὅτι, Χρόνος οὐκέτι ἔσται· 6 {NEQ} He swore an oath in the name of the one who lives forever and ever , who created the heavens and everything in them , {NEQ} the earth and everything in it , and the sea and everything in it . He said , “ There will be no more delay .
