John.14:26 |
26ὁ
δὲ
παράκλητος—
τὸ
πνεῦμα
τὸ
ἅγιον—
ὃ
πέμψει
ὁ
πατὴρ
ἐν
τῷ
ὀνόματί
μου,
ἐκεῖνος
ὑμᾶς
διδάξει
πάντα
καὶ
ὑπομνήσει
ὑμᾶς
πάντα
ἃ
εἶπον
ὑμῖν
ἐγώ. |
26 But {RPT} when the Father sends the Advocate as my {NEQ} representative — that is , the {RPT} Holy Spirit — he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything {RPT} I have told you . |
2Tim.2:14 |
14ταῦτα
ὑπομίμνησκε,
διαμαρτυρόμενος
ἐνώπιον
τοῦ
θεοῦ
μὴ
λογομαχεῖν·
ἐπ᾽
οὐδὲν
χρήσιμον,
ἐπὶ
καταστροφῇ
τῶν
ἀκουόντων. |
14 Remind everyone about these things , and command them in {NEQ} God’s presence to stop fighting over words . Such arguments are useless , and they can ruin those who hear them . |
Titus.3:1 |
1ὑπομίμνησκε
αὐτοὺς
ἀρχαῖς
ἐξουσίαις
ὑποτάσσεσθαι·
πειθαρχεῖν,
πρὸς
πᾶν
ἔργον
ἀγαθὸν
ἑτοίμους
εἶναι· |
3:1 Remind the believers to submit to the government and its officers . They should be obedient , always ready to do what is good . |
2Pet.1:12 |
12διὸ
μελλήσω
ἀεὶ
ὑμᾶς
ὑπομιμνήσκειν
περὶ
τούτων—
καίπερ
εἰδότας
καὶ
ἐστηριγμένους
ἐν
τῇ
παρούσῃ
ἀληθείᾳ. |
12 Therefore , I will always remind you about these things — even though you already know them and are standing firm in the truth you have been taught . |
3Jn.1:10 |
10διὰ
τοῦτο
ἐὰν
ἔλθω,
ὑπομνήσω
αὐτοῦ
τὰ
ἔργα
ἃ
ποιεῖ
λόγοις
πονηροῖς
φλυαρῶν
ἡμᾶς·
καὶ
μὴ
ἀρκούμενος
ἐπὶ
τούτοις
οὔτε
αὐτὸς
ἐπιδέχεται
τοὺς
ἀδελφούς,
καὶ
τοὺς
βουλομένους
κωλύει·
καὶ
ἐκ
τῆς
ἐκκλησίας
ἐκβάλλει. |
10 {NEQ} {NEQ} When I come , I will report some of {RPT} the things {RPT} he is doing and the evil accusations he is making against us . {NEQ} Not only does he refuse to welcome the traveling teachers , {NEQ} he also tells others not to help them . And when they do help , he puts them out of the church . |
Jude.1:5 |
5ὑπομνῆσαι
δὲ
ὑμᾶς
βούλομαι,
εἰδότας
ἅπαξ
πάντα,
ὅτι
Ἰησοῦς
λαὸν
ἐκ
γῆς
Αἰγύπτου
σώσας,
τὸ
δεύτερον
τοὺς
μὴ
πιστεύσαντας
ἀπώλεσεν. |
5 So I want to remind you , though you already know these things , that Jesus * first rescued the nation of Israel from Egypt , but later he destroyed those who did not remain faithful . |
