Ἐξῆλθεν went out ὁ the one σπείρων sowing τοῦ - σπεῖραι to sow τὸν the σπόρον seed αὐτοῦ. of him. καὶ and ἐν while τῷ - σπείρειν sows αὐτόν, he, ὃ some μὲν ἔπεσεν fell παρὰ beside τὴν the ὁδόν, road καὶ and κατεπατήθη, it was trampled upon, καὶ and τὰ the πετεινὰ birds τοῦ - οὐρανοῦ of heaven κατέφαγεν devoured αὐτό. it.
“A farmer went out to plant his seed. As he scattered it across his field, some seed fell on a footpath, where it was stepped on, and the birds ate it.

καὶ and ἕτερον other[s] ἔπεσεν fell ἐν in μέσῳ [the] midst τῶν - ἀκανθῶν of thorns, καὶ and συμφυεῖσαι having grown up with [it] αἱ the ἄκανθαι thorns ἀπέπνιξαν choked αὐτό. it.
Other seed fell among thorns that grew up with it and choked out the tender plants.
Luke 8:8
καὶ and ἕτερον other[s] ἔπεσεν fell εἰς in τὴν the γῆν soil τὴν - ἀγαθήν. good καὶ and φυὲν having grown up ἐποίησεν it produced καρπὸν fruit ἑκατονταπλασίονα. [a] hundredfold. ταῦτα these things λέγων, saying, ἐφώνει, he was calling out, Ὁ the one ἔχων having ὦτα ears ἀκούειν to hear ἀκουέτω. let that one hear.
Still other seed fell on fertile soil. This seed grew and produced a crop that was a hundred times as much as had been planted!” When he had said this, he called out, “Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand.”
Luke 8:9
ἐπηρώτων were questioning δὲ now αὐτὸν him οἱ the μαθηταὶ disciples αὐτοῦ of him τίς what αὕτη this εἴη might be ἡ - παραβολή. parable.

He replied, “You are permitted to understand the secrets of the Kingdom of God. But I use parables to teach the others so that the Scriptures might be fulfilled: ‘When they look, they won’t really see. When they hear, they won’t understand.’

οὐδεὶς no one δὲ and λύχνον [a] lamp ἅψας having lit καλύπτει covers αὐτὸν it σκεύει with [a] jar ἢ or ὑποκάτω under κλίνης [a] bed τίθησιν· places [it], ἀλλ᾽ but ἐπὶ on λυχνίας [a] lampstand τίθησιν, places [it], ἵνα in order that οἱ the ones εἰσπορευόμενοι entering βλέπωσιν may see τὸ the φῶς. light.
“No one lights a lamp and then covers it with a bowl or hides it under a bed. A lamp is placed on a stand, where its light can be seen by all who enter the house.
Luke 8:17
οὐ not [anything] γὰρ for ἔστιν is κρυπτὸν hidden ὃ which οὐ not φανερὸν evident γενήσεται, will become, οὐδὲ nor [anything] ἀπόκρυφον secret ὃ which οὐ by no means μὴ γνωσθῇ may be made known καὶ and εἰς to φανερὸν light ἔλθῃ. come.
